I honestly never even considered that I could afford something like this, but my sister bought one and it was amazing and very affordable. I got the 36 inch because I have a smaller living room; for now it's sitting on a stand (and looks like I had to make room for it, which I did). But, it's a wonderful art/light addition, and it functions very well also as a space heater in my chilly living room. The remote works well (on your provided AAA batteries), and it's pretty straightforward how to change colors for the flames and the crystals. Fun and beautiful (and practical in winter time). It was pretty easy to put together and came very well packaged. The one thing it doesn't tell you how to do is how to "arrange" the logs and crystals. Of course that's subjective to a point, but since there is only a small space in which to do that, and you have to remove the front glass to do it, you can best do that by laying the unit at an angle but not flat (like on a chair), putting the pieces in and eyeballing what looks good to you, and then GENTLY raising the unit up to almost vertical so you can put the front glass back on. It clicks into two "slots" on each side fairly easily; but it will likely jostle your creation a little bit. A second pair of hands would be a bonus, but I did it alone with no serious difficulty. (Sorry I didn't remove the protective film before making my movies.)

We live in the south and very few homes here have a fireplace. So this was a fun addition to our living room. I like the way that it can be controlled from your armchair, and you can change the colors and heat intensity. Our cats love it too!

I love this fireplace. I bought it to add to my office space at home. I love all the color options it offers and helps the space look great while also providing me the extra bit of heat I need. I will say the assembly was NOT my favorite, but if I can do it, you can do it. The fireplace is a rather soft noise so it's not overwhelming. I also like that it has the remote so I can change settings easily while still working from my desk.

The media could not be loaded. I received this device two days ago and my wife and I are very impressed. It needs to be unpacked carefully, and assembly took about a half hour. We love how real the flames look and the remote control allow the appearance to be extensively customized. The heat function is very effective, making a large rom feel warmer in minutes. And it is great that nothing gets hot to the touch. I think it is an excellent value.

I was really excited about this fireplace. The combination of rocks and pieces of wood were what I was looking for, and when everything works, it looks amazing. However, when I set it up, I noticed 2 spots of damage on the screen, and reached out to customer service. Took over 2 weeks to reply, and offered $10 in credits, which to my knowledge, I never even received. Then, after just a few months of use, the left side led lights started malfunctioning and I reached out to customer service numerous times with no reply. Super disappointed with this item and with the sellers.

This heater is far better than any other "space heater" that I've used. I placed it inside of my fireplace and once the cord is installed correctly, I can close the screen doors. Perfection. It was tricky to get the screws out to remove the packaging since they were in a bit crooked but, it was worth it!! Great heat out put, fun choices of color and reasonably quiet. Enjoy!
