First set of chairs took an hour to put together by hand. Decided to go ahead and order a hex bit set for my drill, and the second set of chairs only took 10 min. Other than assembly, the chairs look like decent quality and are comfortable.

So I have had to order this item twice. The first time is because only two out of the six I ordered came. Amazon couldn't help get the other four so I then had to cancel the order and reorder in the hopes that they would all come. They all arrived after quite a bit of waiting. That being said they seem to be pretty sturdy and were pretty easy to set up. The problem is the legs. On 3 out of the 6 chairs, they have a bad wobble because the legs aren't even. I rechecked everything it could be and it is the legs they aren't even. 3 of the six chairs the front legs are 14in on one side and over 14 on the other I'm now trying to figure out how to fix this problem. I would appreciate if someone would contact me on how to fix ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I posted video and it’s a beautiful chair. Now putting it together was something else. I ordered the 2 chairs, the 1st one I was able to set up with very clear instructions in about 15 minutes. The 2nd took me a hour. If you look at pic with the wood chips at bottom that was because the leg would not slide down all the way down. The area i chipped off was to big to let leg slide in and have the holes line up for screws. It was only the 1 leg out of both chairs. It was a pain chipping away carefully. I didn’t want to return it because I had sold my table and I needed the chairs. If it wasn’t for the bum leg I would’ve given 5 stars. Oh and it is very lightweight and with my wood floors i feel like I would slide with it, fun for kids but not this ol lady. I will be putting a rug underneath. Overall a beautiful chair and I’m happy with it. New review: The company reached out to me and asked about the problem and they were very interested in trying to see the problem area to correct it for future orders and offered a free replacement but I fixed it so no problem. They did refund me some $$ so great customer service which I appreciate. Overall it’s a beautiful chair and I do plan on getting 2 more. ... show more
