This ice maker is very reasonably priced, and it does make a lot of ice pretty quickly. The only complaints I have are that the ice will start melting the moment they are made. There is no refrigeration at all in the compartment that holds the ice after it is made. So, by the time the container is full, the ice at the bottom is smaller because it has already started to melt. After the container is full, it shuts off, so you need to remember to dump the ice in another container and put it in the freezer, or it will melt. The ice comes out very wet too, so when you freeze it, all the ice will stick together, and you need to break it apart with something. I found that a butter knife works pretty well. The ice is hollow, so even though the large-sized ice looks to be a workable size, it melts fast when actually used because it's mostly air. You can set it for two sizes. Don't waste your time with the small size. Finally, I found it to be a bit noisy. It sounds like a small air conditioner that is running on low. It took a while for my wife to get used to the noise. All of that said, this does make ice, and it is affordable. So, for the money, I think this is a good choice. It's not the same as having an ice maker in the refrigerator. By the way, the photos are very deceiving. What you see is not exactly what you get. Still, I give it 4 stars.

Only worked intermittently. Item is in process of being returned. Very small ice Reservoir barely enough for one large glass. Very loud machine when it's running.

I absolutely love to snack on ice and this is the perfect machine for me! It’s bin is not really big enough for a large party or gathering, but for a solo snacker like myself it’s fine. If you really try hard, you can collect the bins for several days to prep for a party or gathering.

The ice basket is smaller than expected. The scoop that comes with it doesn’t even fit in the basket to enable you to scoop out the ice. It makes perfect ice and works just fine, but I would not buy again.

Money well spent great product ! Makes ice fast and small circular cubes like you get at the gas stations! It’s not noisy either great machine!!! Easy to use , no leaking light weight and easy yo move around the countertop !!!
