Product is as advertised. The water reservoir makes one basket of ice and takes about two hours. The machine produces about 62 decibels of fan sound which is equal to soft talking. I used a Commander hook on the side for the ice scooper. All in all, the machine is a great value.

My ice maker went out on my fridge and it was $300 to replace it. Sooooo…..bought this instead. Shoulda spent the $300 and fixed my fridge. This thing makes ice, but it is semi melted after an hour. Guess that helps cut down on the refilling process! You get what you you pay for. Sending it back!!!!

I have had this for a week now, I bought it because it appeared to be a good deal. Fairly straight forward set up. I had no issues out of the box. The "self" clean feature is what sold me. In my testing the self clean does what it needs to. I haven't not had this long enough to see if it tackles that slimy feeling in the water reservoir. I had a full bin of ice with in minutes and so far I am pleased with my purchase.

I was very excited to start using this product! However, after several attempts of failed usage I decided to return this item. It wouldn’t make ice and it was incredibly frustrating to not be able to find any help regarding the issue. I might have a defective item, but nonetheless, the entire experience was unfortunate.
