It’s just okay for the price. It’s firm and good quality. It is not very deep which is something that I have to get used to and the back is lower than most couches. Originally, when I bought this couch there was not one review but I took a chance anyways. I’ve had this couch for almost a month now before I decided to write this review. The couch came in about 9 boxes and the pillows were inside of the bottom of the base (which I didn’t know initially lol). When putting it together I became slightly annoyed because the directions were all separate and didn’t really tell you how to put the couch together just each piece. All in all, the couch is super comfortable, very firm but soft, and thick. I love this couch and I would buy it again. However, I do wish I could buy certain pieces separately because i would love another chaise. The material is soft but of good quality. FYI this couch is super wide when put together. ... show more

I was so disheartened to open the couch after finally moving into our new home. Unfortunately zippers are missing on some pieces and rips on a couple of other cushions. It is sturdy and comfortable but embarrassing when company comes over and you have to hide the bad parts of the sectional.

I received the couch today and it’s missing the armrest and there is no ottoman. I called the manufacturer however they have a full voicemail. Returning this couch is going to be a hassle because I’ve already broken down all the boxes and put everything that did come together. Yikes! Never again

I have been long looking for one of these at an affordable price. Everybody loved my new sofa and even complimented how comfortable it is. I do see you Can change all the covers of the sofa they are all removable what makes it easy to wash I am in love , but I do hope I could find more covers for this sofa since I have a dog and I get bored easily and always wants to change something. ... show more
