The chair came in packed very well and clear instructions, screws are numbered to the step number of the manual. I love the scree driver that came with it, very ergonomic and easy to use. The chair is the most comfortable one I've ever tried. The seat is wide, and the back is supportive, wheels are smooth. The arm rests can be adjusted to wider too. The seat cushion is thick and it really made me feel sitting on a piece of cloud. Highly recommend for chubby people like me. It'll fit better for taller people though (I'm 5'7").

I've only had this chair for a week so, as far as longevity I have no idea. Assembly was fairly easy and did not take long. I did need someone to hold the chair at one point though when getting screws in so may be tricky to assemble solo. The chair is sturdy I do not feel like it is going to break or sway when I sit in it, however. I read a review about the armrests being annoying because they do not lock into place and this is 100% accurate. It is pretty annoying but not the end of the world. I like that they can move around there just should be a locking feature so I'm confused about why they lack this seems like common sense. I've already read a ton of reviews on chairs like these that say the but cushion goes flat quickly which will be a bummer when I and anyone else needs to sit in 40 hours a week for work. I'll edit this review after another month or two but so far so good. The wide seat is super comfortable being larger and having larger hips. Finally don't have armrests digging into the side of my thighs!

The chair was easy to assemble and that was nice. However, the adjustable armrests are indeed way too sensitive and the adjustable lumbar support does not stay put when put in the highest position. However it is still comfy to sit in and fits at my desk nicely.

It arrived 4 days earlier than expected. For a heavy duty chair was frugally priced, seems sturdy, mesh back - cool and my cats won't scratch at it, solid and adjustable arm rests, easily adjustable (up/down) lumbar support. Easy to assemble, had a good tool, the bolts were packaged in bundles by the assembly steps (except 2 long bolts for the arm anchors were with the long bolts from and earlier step), printing was clear when needed. Attaching the back to the seat, was awkward, I used a box to support the back, and was able to do the entire assembly w/o assistance In fact it went so well (and had spare bolts) it encouraged me to repair the chair it replaced, my extra bolts weren't able to be used (wrong diameter) but found some others that would work on another old chair. so now have a back-up instead of another waiting to be disposed of. it sits both lower and higher than my old chair, controls are easy to use, also a little narrower than my old chair - which I like, can still cross a leg and lean back, just don't slide side to side. The reason its not perfect was the final piece, a molded part that fits over the seat back bolts, mine was incompletely molded, one of the 2 top tabs was only partially there. that part is not as tight as it could be, but not worth sending the chair back, it is still pretty snug.

I went through several chairs before finding this one and it's well worth the money and is super comfortable for a big guy like myself. I'm 350+ pounds and sit in this thing for hours on end and feel comfortable. It's a very wide chair so if you're wide and heavy this is the chair for you my friend. This chair is very firm and does take time to adjust to it. Oh and the arm rests move which is annoying but overall a great chair i would buy again.

I really like the size and comfort of this roll-y, spin-ny, rock-y chair! No squeaks or squaks yet and rolls smoothly over hard floor without scratching. If I knew this chair was going to be this great, I wouldn't have taken so long to look because it would mean not having this chair for longer! Very easy to assemble and neatly packaged. 10/10 recommend

My husband was skeptical and he was wrong. It was easy for 2 people to put together, 2 people because the pieces are heavy. They are heavy in order to hold heavy people. My daughter is 375 pounds. She had been 400. This chair is rated for 500 pounds and I believe it will hold that weight. There were much more expensive chairs that were fancier. This chair had the widest seat and the edge is curved so nothing cuts into the legs of the person. There is space between seat and seat back to allow air to flow. The seat back is also made of a breathable material. The last thing I wanted was for my daughter to get all sweaty and I think some of the fancier office chairs for heavy people would do just that. Vinyl doesn’t breathe, leather is really expensive. Money always is a consideration when purchasing something, but regardless of cost, I made the right choice. This is a great chair. Also, I purchased different wheels for it that are great on hardwood floors. Because of that purchase I don’t worry about my floor getting marked up and I didn’t have to buy one of those plastic mats. I enthusiastically recommend this chair.
