If you're looking for a flimsy, cheap ladder, this is NOT it! "Sweetcrispy" is a strange name for a ladder (but at least it can be pronounced), so I assumed this would be a typical cheap product, and I'd be returning it after one use, if it got that far. Big surprise, because this ladder is very sturdy, strong, and well made. No hesitation standing on it. (But the "Instruction Manual" did give us a good laugh. Before using your step ladder, you must make sure, as is shown in step 3, that the ladder goes "ka ka" before you use it." 😁

I was using a fiberglass two stepper, but the first step kept cracking. I purchased the heavy duty, 800 pound version, so I would feel safe using the ladder and it is a beauty. I appreciate ladder's great design, the wide steps and tall handrail help to make my projects easier and allows me to feel safe getting on and off. I've used it to install pictures and to adjust and lubricate the ball catches on my closet doors. The ladder folds easily and can be stored in a closet where it is readily available for my next project. I think this ladder will be useful for years to come.

Overall this is a good step stool, especially for the price. I like that the steps are relatively large which provides stability when standing on it. It is a sturdy step stool but not the sturdiest one I've been on. For the price it was a good buy, especially when I compared it to other stores and retailers like Walmart, Home Depot, Costco, etc. Overall: Above Average Packaging: Received in good condition, no issues unpacking. Assembly: Simple Look & Functionality: Look is good and it meets my need for reaching heights in my condo that isn't easy to reach. The weight is good and I can stand on it safely.

I wasn’t expecting anything special. A step ladder is just, well, a step ladder so I didn’t even open the box until the next day after it arrived. Wow. This thing was packaged so well. And before I even cut the clear wrap off I could tell this was a well made step stool. Way better than I expected. Sturdy and a great padded handle. And, it came right on time even with the weather we’ve had. That may have just been luck, though.
