I know there is some question about the validity of some of the reviews on Facebook. Please know that this is a legitimate review. I purchased the bed frame (frame only, no mattress) in a twin extra long, having received it about a month and a half ago. I have to say that I am absolutely thrilled with it. I’ve had other adjustable beds, but they have been just the standard feet up and/or head up. I needed something that would give additional support for my lumbar spine. This is my first adjustable base that adjusts in every way I could ever hope for. I am chronically ill and mostly bedridden, and have a bad back to boot. The support that this bed gives me has been incredible. Whether it’s watching TV, or just trying to get some relief from pain, it has been a godsend. My favorite features are the lumbar support adjustment, zero gravity, and the extra tilt for the head when watching TV. I like the massage too, but my cats are still on the fence about that feature. Lol. When adjusting to different positions, I find the motion to be very smooth. I do not have any issue with the small amount of noise that the motors make.The remote control is very user-friendly and intuitive - I’m at the point where I don’t have to look at it to find the buttons I want to use. I have no complaints about the bed or about the company. Customer support was amazing when I was having issues with the FedEx delivery (an issue with FedEx, not seller this product). The price is excellent when compared to other bed frames with similar features. The bed is solid, supportive, and fits my body height and weight very well (6’ tall, 220lbs). Do be aware of two things. One is that when you go in zero gravity position the sheets and blanket at the bottom of the bed can come loose. Not a big deal, but I do find that I need to tuck them back in when I put the bed down. The other is that if you want to add extensions onto the legs to raise the height, I was told that it would void the warranty (although you can still purchase the extra extensions). It is adjustable to three different heights, but I was used to something even taller. However, I’m not happy with the mattress that I have (Saatva), so if I replace it, I will go with a thicker mattress. That should help get me up to the height that I prefer. I highly recommend this bed frame if you are looking for a quality adjustable bed. Even for those that are not basically living in their beds. ... show more

Size: Queen Style: Adjustable Base Only
I wanted an adjustable base for my bed but I use a Japanese shikkibuton mattress that is only about 2" of cotton (look them up, life changer, back problems gone, and make intimate time 100x better than a western mattress! Check out D&D Futon on here, I use the 3x60x80). My intent was to buy one of these and then probably mount plywood to it because most of them are just wire underneath. Thankfully it comes 100% ready to use for my application! I took a chance and got this one. I figured more expensive meant better. I was worried the price was just high because it's a freight delivery. The product that arrived is INCREDIBLY HIGH QUALITY, VERY COMFORTABLE, and the best part is that it is also fully reinforced and my mattress works fine with no additional work! Also appears to be able to be zero clearance mounted which is great. Any time I see "2 people to move" I just do it myself. It took a dolly and some muscle to get this thing in the house and it will most definitely require 2 people to move upstairs or a socket and bock wrench to break into 2 halves. Whatever you do, make sure you get one with lumbar. You won't be disappointed. After testing the unit, I am so very thankful I spent the coinage and got one with lumbar and the additional head tilt. You'll be fighting pillow supports without. I don't leave many glowing reviews like this as I think everything can be improved but this product is nearly perfect. If I had to say a negative, it's that there's no way to set a lay-flat timer. It would nice to be able to set a timer for when it is to lay flat so I sleep properly after dozing off to TV. I am so thankful this manufacturer did not cut corners on the product. It is amazing! One area they did cut corners is the packaging. It's an extremely heavy product and it's packaged in a lightweight box that is easily damaged. They also use ineffective cardboard runners for the box to create an economical all in one pallet. These are horrible and were crushed upon delivery. Thankfully no damage but the edges of this bed would be incredibly easy to damage in shipping. Check well before signing! Don't be tempted by the cheapy options, get the lumbar and extra head support! You spend 1/3 of your life in bed (or more!). I am still in shock from the quality to price ratio on this, it's an excellent value! ... show more
