We looked at many adjustable beds before deciding on this one, but I'm so glad we chose this. It is a wonderful bed! The adjustable base is great for my severe, chronic back pain (that zero G setting feels like heaven on my bad days), and it helps my husband with his hiatal hernia and acid reflux (we're a mess lol), not to mention snoring! Plus, it's great to be able to sit up to read in bed. We went with the 14" hybrid mattress, which is great. It has the softness and cushion of the foam mattresses, but the underlying support of the innerspring (I like a softer mattress because my hip bones get sore if it's too firm, but my husband likes a firmer one... this is a nice compromise, and neither of us has any complaints). We received the bed within a week of ordering. Assembly is easy...the directions are very clear. The mattresses are heavy, so it took both of us to heft them on, and about 24 hrs for them to recover their full height. There was little off-gassing; other than the smell of the plastic they were wrapped in, they didn't smell much at all. We bought the bed in April, so we've used it for 4 months now. We haven't had any issue with the mechanics (the remotes and bases are still working perfectly). I'll update if something breaks, but so far everything is going well. The mattresses are uber comfy! I'm glad I chose these instead of trying to find others... these are perfect for us. I have owned high end beds (I had a Sleep Number a few years ago, but the controls kept going out), and cheaper Costco memory foam mattresses. No mattress has been such a nice balance of softness and support. They are not hot (I sleep hot, and I hated my first memory foam mattress because of that). They are very thick. I have to make sure I buy deep pocket sheets (it uses twin XL). Our one complaint is that the bed, combined with the mattresses, is very high off the floor for our smaller dog (the legs are 12", and the mattress 14"). I contacted the company, but the only other option is 4" legs (you can order those from them), and that would make it lower than is comfortable for me to make the bed with my bad back. Something in the 6-8" range would be ideal. On that note, I suggest a bedskirt with this because it looks a little cheap without one (the legs are solid, but just welded metal). The good thing about it being so high is there's plenty of underbed storage! My only other suggestion is that the mattresses do move around a bit. They sell side supports that keep them straight (the bed comes with the ones for the foot already). I have been fine with just pushing them back on the 1-2" they might move overnight when I make the bed each morning because they slide easily. I like being able to just slide them apart when I change the sheets... it's so much easier than trying to shove the fitted sheets on in between the mattresses...so I opted not to buy the side retainers, but if it bothers you, those are available. We opted not to use this with a bed frame; instead, we had a headboard made that mounts directly to the wall. This makes it much easier to clean under, IMO. King comforters fit well, but they can have different lengths, so mind the measurements and err on the side of larger...these thick mattresses mean a longer/wider blanket is in order. We also opted for a large flat sheet (king), but individual twin XL blankets because I had trouble finding a blanket large enough for both of us. Comforters and duvets are more widely available in different sizes. I would definitely recommend this bed, especially at this price point. I'm happier with it than any other bed I've owned. Fwiw, I contacted the company about shorter legs and they responded within 24 hours, and were very helpful, so there is service after the sale here. We are very satisfied (and well-rested) customers.

Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. Customer Service We were contacted by the Sleep Geekz shortly after our purchase to coordinate the delivery. The delivery was prompt. It was scheduled for about a 5-6 day delivery window but we received it on the first day of window. Comfort I have never been a back sleeper but, for some reason, I am sleeping soundly on my back with my feet elevated. The mattress feels slightly more firm than I expected but I sleep like a baby now. My neck has stopped hurting and I sleep soundly like I hadn't in years. Mattress to the touch feels very soft and compresses easily but provides great support when laying on it full body. The split makes it so much easier to get in and out of bed without waking each other up. Mechanical Bed functions great and feels very sturdy so far. No issues mechanically. We each have our own remote so we can set to our preference on adjustments. We are taking full advantage of the full range of positions for sure. :) Installation Read everything carefully and take care when handling the frames. Make sure you have a couple sets of hands to help and watch the cables. Cost After a pretty exhaustive search, I'm not sure you can find more bang for your buck. These split king adjustable beds are pretty crazy expensive and the mattresses added in can easily run you more than $4k. This is a steal! Summary We've only had it for a few days now so jury is still out on durability but so far I am very happy and would recommend. Will update after a few months of use.

We were really leery about making such an expensive purchase online. It was easy to put together, although the frame is pretty heavy. We purchased the medium soft mattress. They came the day after the frame. They looked slightly different in color and we found one was softer than the other. It worked well for us. It wasn’t an extreme difference and we each like the one we use. The one thing I find annoying is the remote doesn’t immediately stop when you release the button. As a result you have to remember to stop before you have it positioned to your liking. The memory button helps with that. Some people have complained about the mattresses not staying together. We used a wide Velcro strip to secure the top half, leaving plenty of room on the sides so we wouldn’t have issues putting on sheets. We’ve had no issues with drifting mattresses. All in all we’re really pleased with our purchase, and would recommend it.

I did a lot of research before deciding on this bed. I made the right decision. It is a high quality build and the mattress is just right. I have seen some reviews saying it is too firm or too soft but it actually is just the right amount of both. The top is soft but it is firm underneath. I have sleep apnea and I have slept better on this bed than I have in a long time. I use the anti-snore setting. Set-up took only about 30 minutes for my wife and I.

This is an amazing bed! We purchased a slit king. I am quite happy with it even though there are a couple of things that aren’t perfect. The company contacted us and gave us all the details of shipping and the shipping company also stayed in contact with us. I am pleased with the company. This is HEAVY and it takes more than one strong person to get this in. The only set up is putting the legs on. Easy peasy. If you need a firm mattress, this is the one for you. Even though this was the 14 inch soft mattress, this isn’t terrific for a side sleeper in my opinion. My husband is a back sleeper and says he sleeps amazingly. He also is a c-pap user. I believe I will have to get a mattress topper for side sleepers which will make this bed even higher. This bed is quite high. It measures 29 inches from floor to top of mattress, which makes someone 5’2” have to kind hop in the bed because my feet do not touch when sitting on side of bed. This will take some getting used to because it is two separate twin xl’s pushed together there is nothing that keeps them together. This he’d does NOT sleep hot!!! This is a big plus for us. All in all this bed frame and mattresses get 5 stars from my husband and 4 from me. I am also not sure what to do about a headboard for this and my side tables are now too short.

So, the bed is easy to put together. Comes in three boxes (both mattresses are in one box FYI). But the mattresses are NOT medium soft--they are FIRM. Truly FIRM. Pretty darn stiff actually. They are hardy...no doubt. The frame is fine. It's the same exact frame you'd get for nearly $700 more at a mattress store--so a good buy on that front. But the mattresses come apart every night when you sleep--so a cavern between them in the a.m. The bungee cord fix keeps the frames together--but the mattresses themselves split (FYI) so be aware. It solved the problem of feeling my partner move around all night (WIN), BUT--these mattresses are really FIRM. Much more firm than you would think--and I'm not sure I'm happy about it. Tried out several "medium soft" mattresses of many types in stores to see if I'd be happy with these...thought, well these are pretty nice...if it's an average of these I'll be happy. I end up with FIRM. I'm only on night 4 so...we'll see...but so far...I really wish the mattress was less board more cloud.

I have A-fib bad sinus.i also have portable O2 generator by my bed from the 1st night. I hit the snore button. Slept very well, forbade 77 year old. The mattress was a little soft but with snybnew bd takes few days ti be acclimated to Base very heavy and legs and positioned si I don't stub my toe. So far enjoying the product which was very easy to erect.
