I had my doubts with adjustable beds. Will the mattress bend? Will the assembling hurt? Will the remote be IR that works only when pointed to receiver? After comparing several other products in price category, I took the leap and ordered it. I am glad I did, after using for two months, split king variant. It’s fairly relatively easy to assemble, only attaching legs & few things, although a bit heavy to carry. Mattress is 10” gel memory foam, arrived in single carton box, expands after opening, molds well into adjusted bed. Then connect to power socket, place mattress on top, and Voila!! Frame is sturdy, neatly covered in cushion, gives both safety & premium feel. Frame legs are well placed inside, so they don’t hurt our toes while walking beside. We need to be on bed while adjusting its position. Among all adjustable beds, this brand has highest angle to sit-up right. Customer service is seamless & courteous. One of two beds I got for split king, had a faulty control board. Upon calling once, they mailed a new one, and also refunded $200 for the trouble, which I appreciate. I had to replace it myself, and then on it’s perfect.

I got the king bed with the 10 inch firm mattress. Some things to point out are it is insanely heavy if you live on the upper levels of an apartment or have to get it up stairs know you’ll need help to get it up unless you get the setup and install. I recommend one get that unless you know you can get help for cheaper. Secondly give the mattress some time to take its shape and firmness at first it might seem too soft wait for 2-3 days before it gets to its full size and firmness. Third is get a headboard without it you will miss the feel of a proper bed (jut a preference you can get 40 dollar brackets from the manufacturer and attach to any headboard of choice gives it a complete look you can also get a king bed frame for the same price depends on how much space you have. I wish we would’ve gotten the split king just more freedom to change your settings without disturbing others, I noticed in some settings the mattress doesn’t stay in place such as the zero G you need more weight I am 200 pounds and that is not enough on the king size bed, the massage settings are great but it is vibrations don’t expect a massage chair type experience but still great. The bed is more than you can ask for the price, I am very pleased with the quality and build I recommend.

I give it 4/5 because of you get the split king, the beds do gap while you're sleeping. Comfort, ease of assembly, quality, everything else is worth the money. We got quoted 6-10 grand for an adjustable bed. I said ummmm no. And found this one. Very comfy and worth the money!

So thankful for adjustable beds! This is our second bed at another home we have. I don’t know how I even slept on a flat bed, so uncomfortable trying to prop yourself up on pillows- UGH! I hope hotels upgrade to adjustable beds, they are the best!

STOP! THIS IS NOT A GOOD CHOICE. We bought this for my father-in-law in conjunction with moving him into assisted living. We assemble the bed per instructions. It worked for a minute or two and then started sounding an alarm and stopped working. We got a hold of the company and they told us that we needed to take the bed apart in order to take pictures of the serial numbers and send to them. To me that’s completely unacceptable. What if my 86-year-old father-in-law didn’t have me here to take the bed apart and take the control unit off and take a picture of serial numbers? This is not good business. We placed an order, paid for the order and now we’re having to jump through to make the product work. Move on. The beds might not be any better, but I bet you get better support from customer service.

The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this bed for 2 years now. And I’m still so impressed with it. It works amazingly. I’m really glad we got the king and didn’t settle for the queen. The bed has worked with no issues. But we still haven’t gotten a bed frame. I honestly don’t think we need it as the bed goes up to tv mode I just lay on the bed. Definitely recommend this bed.

The bed is wonderful and very comfy. Unfortunately, I had to deal with an Amazon representative that was rude and disrespectful. I have never had anything like that happen before I wish I had gotten his name because he does not rep everyone else I have talked to from Amazon.
