This purchase along with my Tempurpedic mattress have already done wonders for my chronic back pain and quality of sleep. Would definitely buy again! Update: I have had this frame for five months, and I’m still thrilled with it. This frame, along with my Tempurpedic mattress, are the best thing I’ve done for my back and overall health. I sleep much better at night by just adjusting my legs or head a bit higher. I highly recommend! Update II: One year on and I am still loving this bed frame! I have not had any issues with the set so far. I wish I would have purchased this and my Tempurpedic mattress years ago, it would have saved me from a lot of pain with my back. Don't hesitate, just buy!

Very happy with our purchase. The 14" is said to be on the softer side. We like soft to ultra soft beds and this one is clearly soft. We highly recommend this bed. Very easy to assemble, though two people are required to move the beds as they are quite heavy. Curb side delivery is adequate if you have two people capable of lifting the separately packaged beds. You will though have some fairly large boxes to recycle afterwards. We were however, disgusted with the transport company. They were terrible to communicate with (did not advise us of arrival) and left the old / broken wood 4' x 4' pallet on our driveway - so now we have to get rid of it.

Ordered on the weekend, Monday they called to review order. Received it the same week! One week early. Does have slight smell. We put on a mattress pad and no more smell. Only problem is even deep pocket sheets are VERY tight!

We’ve been looking at sleep number beds and just couldn’t justify the expense. Instead, we bought this bed and we are so happy we did. The folks at Sven & Son were lovely and on top of their game. The delivery/setup guys were in and out of our house in half an hour. All of the features work well, the motor is quiet and the split king is great for our disparate sleeping styles. Can’t recommend this bed enough.

I unpacked and installed the beds and mattresses after the return window was closed, because I exported this bed. The frames were OK, only the matresses showed some difference. I contacted the seller and without hesitation they reacted. After I send them some info about the differences (one mattress was longer than the other) they offered to refund me the value of the matresses if I donated these. Because the matresses are not in the USA that was not not possible, so they offered me a discount that was promptly transferred after I agreed. The frame and matresses themselves are OK and they sleep well. I recommend this system . Cor
