This pillow has brought me so much relief. I have cervical lordosis and couldn’t move my neck in any direction any more than a couple inches without experiencing pain every morning. Some mornings I would wake up and feel like someone replaced my neck and spine with a metal rod overnight. This pillow did not bring immediate relief but after a few weeks of sleeping on it, my neck pain is almost gone and my range of motion has improved ten-fold. But while the pillow has changed my life, it is not perfect! Side-sleeping with this pillow is uncomfortable and actually causes more pain. It pushes my head up into an angle and offers little give. While this pillow is incredible at supporting the neck during back sleeping, and I no longer feel pain while sleeping in that position, it pushes my head up so that my chin is slightly downward. I’m not sure if this is the manufacturer’s intent and it doesn’t seem to be bothering me, but it feels a little unnatural. But again, the pillow has dramatically improved my quality of life. I’m grateful for the design, even if it took a while to get used to sleeping in the same position every night. That may have been part of my problem all these years, i do not know. But I have paid even more for other “cervical support” pillows in the past and never got results as great as these. ... show more

I would have given 5 stars except for the musty smell, but this feels so good for my neck I don’t care about the smell. I’ve had neck pain for 6 months now and this pillow cradles my neck and head so that my neck doesn’t hurt in the middle of the night. I’m going to set the pillow outside in the sun and hope smell goes away. The smell isn’t so strong that I can’t sleep. I’ll gladly trade neck pain for slight smell. ... show more

This pillow is a great design and perfect for those who sleep on their sides or their back. I bought it for myself, a stomach-sleeper, because the pictures and information indicated it was a good pillow for stomach sleepers. I found that the cut out for the neck choked me and was a bit uncomfortable. However, my husband sleeps on his back and side and loves the pillow. Best one he has ever had! I would have given it all 5 stars had it not been for the stomach-sleeper issue. Good pillow, just not for me. ... show more

My old pillow I purchased from unnamed company made in the US discolored after washing. Also my head sank covering my ears with the pillow. Too hot! Was skeptical about this pillow’s design. It cradles your head with the neck support and dip where your head rests on the pillow. Works well when sleeping on my back and will transition nicely when I lay on my side. Cover comes off for washing. I do use a pillow case but, it is very loose as the pillow is smaller than a regular pillow. Overall I prefer this pillow. ... show more

The pillow is flat and guess it is suppose to be this way but I feel like I’m laying flat with no pillow. It does what it says. First night slept all night without waking up! It gets hot but your head and neck sit comfortably in the space created in the pillow and I notice my neck and shoulders do not feel tight or sore. Pillow is very comfortable slept fairly well using it for first two nights.would love if we’re thicker as I would be more comfortable if my head was propped up a little higher….Feels like my neck falls back too much.will try a thin pillow under it
