I really liked this item. It did come in a nice sturdy box that was undamaged. The 5 ft extension was really helpful for reaching a little further from an outlet as my laptop cord isn't quite long enough to get comfortable. The cord is braided and felt like good quality but wasn't overly thick and round so someone might trip over it. It is very functional and proved to provide a good amount of power to several devices as well as fast charge my phone. It's silent as far as I can tell and a good size.

I picked this up mainly for travel, and it’s been a solid little addition to my gear bag. It’s compact and surprisingly light, so it doesn’t add much bulk or weight when tossing it into a suitcase or backpack. The design is simple but thoughtful — the outlets are nicely spaced and positioned so that chunky plugs don’t block each other. It’s marketed as having 6 outlets, but really it’s 4 standard outlets and 2 integrated into the edges. Still, very usable. The three USB ports (including one USB-C) are handy, especially in hotels where you never know how many available outlets you'll get. I was able to charge a phone, a tablet, and still have room for a laptop and a camera battery charger without juggling adapters or playing plug-Tetris. The 5-foot cord is just long enough to reach behind a nightstand or hotel desk without being annoying. The flat plug design is a nice touch too - it hugs the wall and doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. Overall, this does exactly what I needed it to do: expand outlet capacity in a compact, travel-friendly format. No issues, no weird behavior, and no regrets.
