I found these on Amazon and the reviews seemed really good, and the price was much more reasonable than most. I was worried about sizing after reading reviews, but I have to say these fit perfectly and are amazingly comfortable. I wear a US men’s 12 in most boots and in running shoes. Good by ashby irish setter boots, these sureway boots are way more comfortable and for the quality and price they can't be beat. I will definitely buy again. 1/20/24 I want to give and update, I had to put a different insole because the insole that comes with the boots are very comfortable but very slippery causing your foot to want to slide forward when you walk. That's not a deal breaker for me because I usually put a different insole in all my foot ware. All I can say is that I love my black sureway boots. Wish I had the money to buy a second pair to put on standby.

Surprisingly good quality for the price. Very soft under foot, leather looks to be high quality. Biggest issues I have found is the top eyelets are not speed loops which is really awkward, and the heel of the inserts is too much combined with the heel of the sole. This causes your foot to slide forward when walking, as if you’re walking down hill all the time. A different insert might help with this.

Wow. I'm amazed by the number of reviews that think these and other Sureway boots are actually made in the United States. Nowhere on this listing or their website does it say products are MIUSA. They've just slapped an American flag on the shoes (that looks identical to a Thorogood goot) and taken some pictures with an American flag. This is a really blatant attempt to exploit customers into thinking they're buying a quality made in USA product. Looks like people fall for this hook line and sinker. Pretty crazy! Really makes you wonder about the whole "Vine Voice" review program. Also, Amazon has totally enabled this type of product and listing by allowing a flood of cheap counterfeit and knock off Chinese products on their platform. There is little or no recourse for trademark and copyright infringement. Lots of articles documenting this online, but I guess people are just addicted to cheap goods. Hey, if it's made in China and the product is better, more power to you. The marketing trickery is what gets me. What's really shady is nowhere on the product does it actually say "Made in China" - they're trying really really hard to deceive the consumer here. Usually it says where a product is made on the tag, but nothing. Their website very clearly says Sureway is located in Pingdu City, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. Common now people, do a little research. The boot itself is constructed in the same fashion as a high quality US made booth but with much cheaper materials and questionable workmanship. It doesn't take Rose Anvil to figure this one out. For example, the leather around the top of the shoe is already starting to crack and fade from what looks like a very cheap leather tanning process. Fit is very small. People must be trying these on with thin cotton socks. I'm a solid size 13 Brannock and my foot goes right to the end with almost no wiggle room in the toe box. I'd definitely need a 14. On paper these boots seem to tick all the boxes. I'll give it to them, they've created a really good copy. Goodyear Welt, tan anti-slip sole, classic moc toe design, etc. They also include some extra insoles to adjust fit which is nice, but the boots fit incredibly tight so in reality I'm not sure who would need these. Would I use these boots? Ethically I'd feel strange wearing these. If they nix the American flag and I took them at face value, they'd be so-so. I very highly doubt these would hold up to regular use. Wondering if there will be some sort of lawsuit or action taken against them for the deceptive marketing. Giving this a 5-star rating because it's a very good QBLO (quality boot like object).

My 65 yo feet need comfort and these are smooth and slightly padded inside. And I used to be taller and these have just a little height to the soles that I feel like3 my old self. The black color is what makes them a favorite. People stop me in public and ask about them all the time.

I bought these for my grown Son for work. He has had many brand of work boots. He said these were very comfortable. He also has screws and rods in his ankle from a bad break. That really make it hard to find comfortable work boots.They look nice to. Thank you!

Just got these boots this morning. I just went through a pair of Thorogoods and wanted to try these out for shits and giggles. They’re very comfortable, almost like a pair of nice skate shoes. I went to lace them up and my right boot hook eyelet popped right off. I DO like the padded tongue compared to Thorogoods flap of leather. These won’t turn into an accordion like theirs. The last thing is there’s stitching through the sole on the toe. I’m pretty sure the stitching will last me all of a 10hr day in the field. Fingers crossed haha
