I'm very happy with the quality of these pans. My food comes out fully cooked, not burned, and evenly heated. I was worried about the all metal handles being too hot to the touch while cooking, but I haven't had that problem. Easy to clean too. Just follow the included instructions, don't use a super abrasive scrubber to clean, don't cook on high, and don't use spray cooking oils. I use butter or olive oil and it works just fine. It says not to put them in the dishwasher, but I wash only the lids in the dishwasher and they come out just fine. Keep in mind this set is manufactured by Gibson brand cookware, with the Sur La Table logo on it. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and would recommend! ... show more

Cleans easily and looks so darn attractive. This set makes me want to cook more often and when i do cook its with such ease. Handles gets a little hot but that's easy to remedy with quality mittens. We have other items from Sur La Table in our kitchen that we love so we expected nothing different from this product. However, after only using them a couple of times we were surprised to see just how poor the non-stick surface. We have other non-stick pans and pots that work just fine. This surface was really odd and it was so bad that part of me thinks it was possible defective and perhaps the non-stick coating wasn't even applied. Even after scrubbing and putting through the dishwasher twice we found normal foods would not come off. We ended up returning it. Additionally, why would you put metal handles on these? Yes, they do look aesthetically better, but in the kitchen "form should follow function" and that isn't what you have here. The handles obviously get hot very easily. Many other manufacturers have gone to other materials that don't spread the heat up the handle. That makes much more sense to me. ... show more
