I would have given this a 5 potentially across the board but the Base is cracked clear thru in a joint. See pictures I included) Otherwise the cabinet was not scratched and all pieces and screws were included and while it seemed to be packed very well, I don't understand how it suffered such a severe crack all the way thru the joint. I can't comment on assembly as 1.) I can't assemble it with a cracked base 2.) I'm presently injured and can't assemble it even if it wasn't cracked. I don't know what to do regarding seller. I posted a review weeks ago but just found today it couldn't be posted without a re-edit. so I have no idea if seller knows how damaged this piece is. I wish they would just send a new base because the rest of the cabinet I inspected is in beautiful condition. This cabinet is much better quality than other national brands, with the exception of this damaged base. I'm very sad. :(

This is a TWO person job. The way the instructions were laid out with the all the bagged parts numbered and how many you need for each step was very well written. Only one part of the instructions wasn't very clear and I put the divider in upside down so had to backtrack a bit to fix. You'll have to be careful on what you store as the paint/stain does rub off, should have been sealed to avoid that. You will need to bring some of your own tools - mediam head phillips screwdriver (2 is ideal). Also, it is NOT level, you will need to use some shims - overall it's perfect for our small office.

We found this credenza under three different sellers here on Amazon. We bought the cheapest one. At less than $330 with tax and freight, I was highly skeptical. I'm a woodworker and could not make it for twice that. Sure, MDF vs. wood or even ply, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package. The finish is smooth and blemish free. The instructions were actually written by an English speaker and were spot on. The components were all sized and drilled properly with no slop and extra screws, washers, cam posts, and even cam locks were provided - a rarity in KD furniture. Even the back panels had holes drilled in the carcase and panels that actually matched! The only complaint I can come up with is one of the muntins' staples came out, an easy fix on my part. My wife loves it and it goes fantastic in her office. Whichever factory is making this piece, they've got their act together. I would buy this again.

A lot of pieces to put together, I also love the fact that the feet are adjustable to make it level, which was a must for our room! I do feel like the top part could scratch easily, so we may put something over it, with kids and dogs that would be my only concern. Other than that the peacock blue matched our peacock blue couch perfectly.

This piece, which I am using as a credenza, meets all my “wants” — size, color, actual doors to keep my cats from exploring my knickknacks, yet without excessive fretwork. You can still see what’s behind the doors, and the little legs make cleaning around the area easy.

This is a very sturdy beautifully designed piece. Assembly was straight forward . However there are a few small scratches where white is showing through the scraped off finish. I originally thought were pieces of styrofoam fluff. The Amazon Customer service person clams that Amazon has no way of contacting the company to request a scratch cover paint or marker and my only recourse is to return the piece of furniture. I am left with having to seek out a scratch pen to match which may be difficult. This is both an Amazon issue and a manufacturer issue. I think the CS person was just too lazy. I have never had such poor service from Amazon customer service. Fortunately the scratches are not that obvious but still it is a new piece of furniture and the manufacturer should have done a more thorough ckeck.

The Color is perfect for my room, however there were missing screws and it was rather difficult to put together. The interior shelves are really scratched in 5 areas - none of which show on the outside. There was a corner on the rear of the top shelf which looked damaged by water. It is a large piece of furniture and there wasn't anyway for me to pack it up to return or exchange it , or I would have.
