This worked so much better than a cone and helped my pup feel much more comfortable. It's great quality and easy to inflate/deflate. She was not able to lick anything, was able to rest in comfort, and best yet, looked adorable. I'm not sure why vets don't offer these but they are a far better solution than cones that don't fit each dog.

I loved this little donut cone-replacement! We bought this to use after our puppy’s spay. We thought it would be a much nicer alternative to a cone, as she would be much more comfortable and able to sleep/eat like normal. Plus being adorable on top of it all- a great concept! And it worked like a good cone to keep her from licking/biting herself! It fit her well, and the Velcro held it onto her collar well! And pretty easy to clean, just whipping it down. So overall it’s a good, affordable product! (Picture attached to show her wearing it- she looks panicked but only because it was the first time trying it on lol, she had plenty of neck room and liked it once she was used to it!)

Very nice donut. As described, it has a smooth nonstick fabric. I found that with our other name brand donut, the material has brushed fiber to it, and while it is find for dry wounds, anything that may have seepage was sticking and drying to the material. Was gross. My boy had a couple of nasty hot spots on his face last year, so until I was looking for another donut for another dog, I didnt realize this type of material was available. So while I am not using this on him at this time (no need), I did buy it with him in mind even though I got it for our girl who got spayed. Her neck is 18-19". I chose the XXL as it is to fit sizes 18"-23". I could have gone with size smaller, but this works. It fits as expected- lightly loose with a lot of strap left over, but it stays on fine with use with a collar (I always use a collar to help keep any donut on and in place). I do wish that the velcro extended the length of the strap so that way there is no excess dangling. I found this true with our other brand as well. Material is smooth and soft. To inflate, just pull the tab out, squeeze the nozzle, blow in air, let go, then cap it. Color and design is adorable. Keep in mind that donuts only work so long as dog isnt too long or too flexible to just bend over and reach their wounds or surgery spots. Keep fully inflated to firm for best hindrance. 5 stars for meeting or exceeding expectation.

My dog is ~40lbs and her neck is ~16-18" so I originally got the XXL, but that kept sliding off so I returned it and got the XL. This one is still comically large, but does the job! The inflatable tube is finicky and kind of a pain - you have to squeeze it and bend it to get air in or out, so I ended up using a little electric pump I have. It's definitely good quality and it's adorable!

This was such a savior after our dog’s recent surgery. The cone they gave us was so miserable for her but as soon as we put this on her instead she was calm and comfortable. She needed it for three weeks and never seemed bothered by walking around in it or even eating with it on. She never fought us when we put it on and I think she even kind of liked the built in pillow when she napped. Bonus- it’s adorable looking! Was a great price and the smallest one fit our 7 lb girl perfectly as it is adjustable. I was nervous she would be able to get out of her herself but we never had an issue. Highly recommend!

— IF YOUR DOG HAS BEEN SPAYED/NEUTERED, STOP LOOKING AT OTHER PRODUCTS AND PURCHASE THIS ONE. — I purchased this after going through a slew of other various products that are meant to keep your dog from licking their incision site of their spay/neutering. The standard ecollar is just too cumbersome, invasive, uncomfortable, and impractical. I then tried a sort of “wrap suit” which basically just looks like an outfit your dog wears and it covers the wound in an attempt to prevent them from getting at it - it doesn’t. I then had a different inflatable collar for one of my other dogs that I tried using, and though it was the correct size, it still allowed him to reach the incision site if he tried hard enough. Then I bought a discus-looking inflatable collar, which I figured would work the best and it’s arguably the worst. THIS ONE, however, when I sized up one size from what I would normally get my dog, prevented him from getting to his wound completely. Not only that, but my dog seemed very comfortable and happy in this! When you lack their collar through the inner molle, there is no risk of it accidentally slipping off (like the discus one I got), and you can adjust how tight you want it on them. This inflatable collar allows your dog to pretty much do their normal routine unencumbered and doesn’t get snagged or caught on things. My dog was able to eat/drink/play without issues. It also acts as a comfy pillow whenever they try to sleep. I read some reviews that talked about the liner zipper coming undone when it was blown up, but I never had that issue. The zipper held up completely fine, as did all other aspects of this collar. That is, until my dog decided to chew on the mouthpiece, which made it fall flat and rendered it completely useless. So pro tip: don’t leave the mouthpiece/valve facing forward so that they can get to it and chew it. I learned my lesson the hard way. As far as inflating it goes - it’s pretty straightforward and simple. Deflating it, though, was a bit of a challenge, as I had to roll one side up, all the way to the valve, while simultaneously trying to bite the valve to allow the air to flow out. It would be cool if there was an easier way to deflate it for storage. Or maybe there is and I’m just dumb lol. Either way, this is the only product you’ll need for your dog’s spay/neutering. I just suggest ordering one size up (they run true to size, but it’s just to ensure that there’s no way that persistent pups can get to their surgery site if they’re really committed to it).
