This is the 2nd phone I'm using this brand for. And I love it. I always put screen protectors on my phone screens. For years now I used one brand (IQ shields) only. But when I got my last phone like a year ago, I couldn't find that brand, so I ended up purchasing this one instead. And first I was really impressed with the installation method of this one. They made it really easy for anyone to do, as long as you just follow the directions it's pretty much fool proof. I love the idea of the little piece of plastic that hooks into the charging port that basically lines it up perfectly every time. Amazing idea. So when I now upgraded my phone to the s21 ultra, I got this again, and this time I did my first 100% perfect installation. 0 bubbles. None! Not even a tiny one at the edge.... NOTHING! 0!!! The edges are PERFECTLY sealed. 0 lift at any edge. Nothing!! There is always something. But not this time! I suspect maybe part of the reason is cause I always install it and put it back in the case, which they say not to do, but..... We do it anyway. This time I didn't have the case yet, cause I ordered the phone, screen protector, and case, together. The phone arrived with the screen protector in the same box, but the case arrived the next day. So when I installed it this time I still didn't have a case. And I suspect that is why it is so perfectly installed this time. But still. This brand is great and deserves all the credit. The lining up was always my most dreaded part of this, now it's a breeze. And it's great they include 2, so I'll have 1 to change it when it gets too nasty looking. ... show more

I never run screen protectors, I have always felt they were a waste. However, I've had my S21 Ultra 5G for many years. Whatever factory coating the phone had originally is long gone, so fingerprints build like mad! I heard screen protectors can help with this - they absolutely do! The phone is much easier to work with - the screen might have lost a bit of sensitivity but it's nearly negligible, and more than made up for because of the smudge, fingerprint resistance. Fingerprint scanning is improved - probably because I have less smudge buildup, or maybe my prints just needed re-scan I'm not sure. I'm a convert, will buy more protectors in the future, probably from this brand. The charge port alignment tool is superb, must-have. I botched the install a bit - the middle was very messy, I had a bunch of air trapped. A day or so later most has worked out on its own, a few remnants had to be massaged out. I did this by rolling a plastic spoon over the bubble toward the nearest edge. Don't want to wipe or scrape after install. ... show more

As someone who traditionally uses tempered glass but refuses to give up the functionality of the fingerprint sensor, I was expecting this to be bad. Specifically, I've used some of the soft screen protectors from about seven years ago and recently some form Spigen that I have been very unhappy with. However, these screen protectors pleasantly surprised me with their feel (not quite the same as glass, but just a usable), and their relative durability. From my little experience with them, this feels very similar to the folding displays on some other phones available. Likewise, fingernails can leave marks and hard objects will do the same. This is what mine looks like after about a month of use. Additionally, these can tear, but the hope is that they will protect your screen and they will do that with the except of a fall on a sharp object such as a rock. Honestly, this is the second best thing to a glass screen protector. Not expected from supershieldz typical quality standards. ... show more

Love these, I have bought this multiple times as the screen protector wears out over time, especially around the edges. Fortunately, this brand has melted off my phone the way some other film screen protectors do. My favorite part of this one is the application. It's the easiest application I've ever done. The material is pretty durable, I probably use it for about a year before changing it out, though I tolerate rough edges for awhile normally. Having the edge screen makes my screen protectors more prone to peeling at the edges, but this one holds on better than most. ... show more

    • Skip this. Go buy a glass shield instead.
The cover is a plastic sticker as expected for the price. But that's not what I'm complaining about. I followed the step by step instructions and get everything aligned. I remove the cover back one section a time and even slowly, using the card, press out the bubbles. You're left with wrinkles and still get small bubbles. When you lift the cover up to attempt to rid the bubbles it still has an outline of where the bubble was. The adhesive on the shield is its own enemy. I can't even get a refund for the product now because I used both of the shields. Do yourself a favor and just spend the extra money on a glass shield. ... show more
