I bought 2 of these mounts based on the amazing reviews. I got it all set up, very easy to install! Look GREAT! Then I went to put my phone on the magnet and I could not find the "sweet spot" you guys know what I mean, that perfect approach and the phone just GRABS and you just know it is not going to move. ;I placed it on the mount maybe 5-6 times before I got a very limp connection... I was worried right off the bat. But I had to give it a chance. So I put it on there in the best spot I could find and start towards work. I made it to the entrance to the freeway and it had not fell! I laughed at myself because I had been worried. Silly me. Then a bump, not a little one but not a maneater either. And down goes the phone. So I get to a stop light a little while later and reach down... Yeah the screen is not supposed to feel like that... or make that sound... It had landed just perfectly on a very small pebble, pea rock, whatever you wanna call it. Not a good day. TL:DR = The magnet sucks on some. Be careful, my screen broke when the magnet couldn't hang on. ... show more

The magnet works very well and is strong. My only complaint is the notch on the back prevents me from moving my phone around. I’m able to loosen it but that doesn’t do anything so I completely took it off. Only problem is now the part that holds up my phone sometimes comes off when I try to grab my phone. I have to pry it off my phone and put it back onto the mount. Other than that it works great. ... show more
