The snow blower was received within a week in a nicely packaged box. We received all parts and pieces as well as a user manual. It wasn’t the easiest thing to assemble but wasn’t too difficult either. Once assembled, it worked well. We just got 10 inches of heavy snow. It took a while to get through however left our driveway nice and clear. 10/10 recommend.

The media could not be loaded. This product arrived at the end of a moderate snow season, it was used approximately four times with complete success. After storing in a dry and safe garage for the summer and taking out at first snow, the snow thrower worked for approximately 20 minutes and then stopped. Admittedly, a summer season had passed in between us usages, but that is normal for this type product. Total number of uses was approximately 5 to 6. I contacted Amazon with my complaint and they directed me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer originally questioned me on every reasonable aspect of potential misuse, and became clearly satisfied that the product was defective and they offered to send a new one. A few days later, they decided that they could not ship a new one to my state. This is not a unit with a battery. We receive all methods of transport in our state. Amazon later stepped in and gave a partial, but not complete Credit due to the amount of time the unit had been in my possession. I would not buy this unit if I were you. Unreliable, neither Amazon, nor the company will stand behind this piece of crap product.

This snowblower would be fine for a small patio. But is not equipped for a drive way. The cord is constantly in the way and it can’t handle a lot of snow and gets clogged often. If you are in an area with a lot of snow this is not your guy.

We had a snow sleet mix that was to heavy for shoveling, but it was first time using this and it made short work of what would have put me on the couch with ice packs on my back. Awesome and reasonable priced. I have to use a wire extension but workable compared to the lifting of the shovel.

This unit works well in light snow. I broke the auger and customer service person Andrew Martinez was very helpful getting the replacement part on warranty. He was very professional and I received the part in a timely manner.

Brought this product, and the first time I used it the belts were dry rotting, and I can't get untouched with Company, new blower that doesn't work.
