I love this scooter. Took him out for a spin today. We live on a pretty good incline (hill). Went all the way up and slow and never missed a beat. Smooth and so quiet. Can't wait to travel with it and not have to kill myself walking or waiting for wheelchairs in airports. So happy to not get left sitting on a bench by myself while everybody else goes and does activities I can't do.

#1 This was very easy to put together. #2 When fully assembled, the power and function buttons did not work. I could only go forward at slow and could not shift to fast or reverse. #3 When I called the SuperHandy number for technical help, I got a message that if bought from Amazon within the last 30 days, call their service number. #4 When I called Amazon service, they said if it is a technical issue, call SuperHandy. #5 When I drove it around in slow, it has a very large turning radius and it cannot turn around in hallways unless you reverse 2-3 times. Since it lacked reverse, it was difficult for me to do a lot of back and force due to my lung issues that caused me to buy a scooter in the first place. #6 I found a local service that will do warranty work and they will pick it up Monday for $65. So I decided I would pay the $65 rather than continuing the difficult phone calls and the lack of help I was receiving from Amazon and SuperHandy. I think it is a good unit other than the above issues. I have a 3 wheel SuperHandy model I bought in 2022 and it still work find. UPDATE; Superhandy said they would refund $100 (and they did) for the pickup and the labor charge. Also said they would send me a new power and function button (that I would have to install it myself), but I never received the new button so it sits while I use the old scooter. I am trying to sell it for $500 rather than send it back since my place was too small to keep the original packing material. I decided it would be better to take the loss than to find appropriate mailing material and to disassemble it. Got one offer for $300 and continue to list it at my senior residence.

Easy assemble. Was purchased to allow my wife (with COPD) a chance to walk on logging roads and trails with myself and our dogs. She had a blast, was good to see her getting out into the woods. Only issue I had is it's driven by one drive motor/wheel and it does not handle inclines very well. On gravel the wheel just spins. Had to push a couple of times. Being light weight made it was easy to load and offload.

Scooter is not cracked up but it's supposed to be two batteries will last you an hour I will ship the scooter without a front wheel it took me till September to get a wheel which took me out of my return date and now I want to return the thing and I cannot because it's September 19th and cannot return it it is the worst experience of my life lost $1,200 for no reason. The stability of cart will not handle 350 lb person there's no way I'm 280 lb and it's wobbly so 350 I don't think it would hold it. Definitely not what it's advertised as will not climb a hill at all not even a speed bump I suggest go elsewhere

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the SuperHandy scooter for my elderly father, and overall, we’re very pleased with it! The scooter is sturdy, reliable, and easy to operate perfect for his daily mobility needs. We did run into a couple of minor issues early on, but Sandra from SuperHandy’s customer service team went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and resolved everything without any hassle. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days. Really wanted to love this scooter. Unfortunately it is way under powered. I spent hours researching scooters that offered higher weights and were lightweight and reasonably priced. Even though the motor is 500w the battery is not powerful enough to maintain the motor for any real length of time. They provide you with 2 batteries because you are going to need them. I was getting about 2.5 mikes per battery. If you are under 200lbs this is likely a good scooter, but not for someone in the 300s. Scooter kept giving out if there was any incline, could even get up my driveway. Returned mine and had to just get a heavier scooter that breaks down into 5 parts. Really wish the SuperHandy would have worked out.

This machine is OK on flat surfaces, but if you have rough surfaces or a hill to climb because it only has one battery at a time, it won’t go up the hill. Try to find one that has two batteries that power the motor unless you operate on Flat services, it’s OK
