I could never find a solar light that would provide the light I needed. These are the best I've found. The amount of light they provide is shocking for their size. The media could not be loaded. These solar lights are exceptional. In fact, they are so good, as soon as we tested them out, we immediately purchased an additional set because we wanted to do more areas with them. Each set of lights comes with eight fixtures, mounting screws, and even some mounting tape. It also has detailed instructions on how to install it. We love how versatile these lights are! As you can see in the pictures & video, we used it on both our fence and the front of our house. Eventually, we may expand the lighting to circle around the back. Solar lighting is a great option. It’s better for the environment and your pocketbook at the same time. these lights are affordable, and a great value. We love how low profile the lights look, yet they’re bright when they come on. It’s good for security and curb appeal. Our next-door neighbors stopped by & asked us about the lights. Our neighbors liked them so much, they ordered a set for their house. These lights are easy to mount on our wooden privacy fence and add a warm glow around the yard. They charge even on overcast days, though time will tell if the battery holds up to sub-zero Alaskan temperatures. I don't have any lights in my backyard which is problematic because I get all sorts of critters coming into my yard at night. I wanted to add some lights to my fence for aesthetic purposes but also to keep away feral cats, possums, racoons and other varmints. The lights are very good and bright. I can easily see if there is anything roaming my fence line. The lights haven't eliminated all critters; however, I have noticed a decrease in possums and raccoons. Clearly, they don't like to be seen! Backyard looks much better now at night as well. Haven't had any issues with the lights charging or lasting throughout the night but we have not had many cloudy days and the summer has been brutally hot and sunny. ... show more

These lights are small in size, but they are sturdy and bright enough. The light is not super white, so more yellow and warm white. Installation is easy with either screws/anchors or just tape which both are provided in this package. We have wood fence so easy to screw without anchors. If we have metal fence, would probably go with double-sided tapes. The light is projected so best to be place on fences or walls. The light pattern looks nice.
