I used wiring from the kit to connect a solenoid to the winch. No modifications were required for the mailing plate. The bolt holes already provided on the gator worked fine. Like the rope, haven’t tried the remote yet. Being used for snowplow. The solenoid is bigger than the previous one I had, so mounted it under the hood.
