I'm really happy with this purchase! For the price paid compared to more expensive pieces, it is a great set! The wicker looks amazing. And the couch is long enough for me (5') and my son ( 5'3") to lay on comfortably. I'm loving late afternoons sitting on my porch! Assembly was rather easy, but there is a few things that you will need to know: 1) Follow instructions! All the screws are separated by piece (which I loved). When they tell you don't tighten the screws while first assembling, they mean it!!! This is how some people say the holes don't line up. Just put them in enough to hold the 2 pieces together. 2) Not all pieces were labeled, but with process of elimination, I was able to figure out which ones wasn't labeled. 3) Get you a Ratchet Wrench!!! They provide one (Which didn't look like any ratchet wrench I'd ever seen so I had no idea what it was on the first piece and tightening 12 screws with an allen wrench was HORRIBLE!) However their ratchet wrench didn't last but through 3 pieces, before breaking.....and theirs wasn't easy to use. A true ratchet wrench was AMAZING! 4) Assemble piece by piece, and don't be worried about assembling the entire set in one day. Each of the 8 pieces had screws for that piece all divided up. So I wasn't worried about loosing screws. It took me about 4 days to get everything assembled because I only did a couple pieces a day. 5) having someone to hold the pieces while you first put the screws in would help, but isn't mandatory. I only had help one day.

Comes in 4 boxes. Assembly wasn’t too bad. It took me a couple hours to put together myself. Some advice...don’t use the hex tool that comes with it. Use a bigger one with a more comfortable handle. It will be much easier and less hard on your hands. The couches themselves are nice and comfy. Wish they were a bit deeper. Also they should include 6 pillows total in order to be able to place 2 on each couch and one on the chair. The sets seems smaller in person than in the amazon picture. The cushions are a perfect beige and they are comfortable. The bowed backrest are a nice feature. All in all, it’s a perfect product for the price. Update 2 yrs of use later! The set has held up. Even through leaving it outside for one winter. My biggest complaint, the cushions are not water resistant and hold lots of water. They take a while to dry as they more resemble indoor fabric. The cushions also fade tremendously. They start off as a nice beige and end up looking extremely light linen color and now are two toned.

These were super easy to set up once I got into the rhythm of building these it took almost no time! They do come in 4 separate boxes and 3 boxes came one day and the last box came the very next day. It gives this warning on the box as well so just something to be aware of it will come in separate shipments. These are well worth the price! As far as longevity I don’t know yet as I just put th together but I love them so far! Also the cushions are much softer than those super hard rocks you find in the stores on those samples! These cushions feel like they support but are soft enough that you won’t feel like you are sitting on a rock!

We can't believe the quality of our new patio chairs and ottomans! The cushions are extremely thick, especially the ottoman cushions. I switched them....using the ottoman cushion for the seat and the seat cushion for the ottoman. Ordered the set in grey and the fabric is of high quality. The arms on the chairs are much wider than the other sets I was considering. I already knew you can't store the ottomans with the cushions under the chairs because the cushions are too thick. That's ok. I'd rather have the thicker cushions. We just store the cushions in another place and slide the ottomans under the seats. Love this set! Wish we had more room for more pieces!

The set is small, made for small people, not American male sized men, ie 5'11+ 190lbs+. Its more designed to fit small females, or small Chinese people. The pads are not thick, and they are not secured in any way. The assembly will take you some time just to get it out of the boxes. Some of the bolts do not line up and you need some strength to get things to line up. For the money, its so-so. Again, this is a small setup, its not going to fill up a big room space. I have no idea how long it will last. I'm using Formula 303 with UV block to prevent it from fading since its out in the sun most of the day. I bet I get 3 years out of this set if i'm lucky. Nobody makes anything to last, and certainly not the Chinese, so gamble away. Women might like this patio set because it looks cute is what they tell me.

This patio conversation set is exactly what I needed for my porch. It looks good and is sturdy. Assembly was easy as I followed the directions. I see other people having problems with the cushions. Well the ones in my set are 3 inch firm foam and easily supports me (5' 11" and 215 lbs). Others complain the set is for children. Well if you weigh more than an NFL offensive lineman the set is not for you. Others complain the storage bin will not hold ALL the pillows. Well the dimensions of the storage box is 26" x 26" x 24" (h). How do you not get all 6 seat cushions into the box? You will not get the back rest cushions in there so you will have to put forth a little effort to bring them inside with inclement weather. Also, the description tells the consumer the cushions are not waterproof. Invest about $15 - $20 and get a waterproofing spray. Folks, this is a great set and the customer service on some minor issues was fantastic!

Light, sturdy, easy to assemble - bolts go through 7mm slot, not holes, so there is ample wiggle room to align. Assembly took 20 min. Dont tighten the bolts until they are all in to allow for good alignment. This chair (and various sets it can be part of) is small in size. Not exactly a toy set, but it fits 8 yo perfectly. Adult 5'8" would find seat to be narrow and back of the chair low. Cushion comfort is "adequate". So if the idea is to go to a patio store, chose a nice set there, and then buy a set 3-4 times cheaper on Amazon which would be "similar" to what you liked in a store - than this is not the set to buy.
