We love this scooter—it’s very comfortable to ride, has plenty of power, and reaches a top speed of 15 MPH, which feels fast while still being easy to control. One thing to keep in mind is that the shipping box is very heavy, and unpacking takes some time. It’s a good idea to have another person available to help move and remove the scooter from the box safely. Setup was mostly straightforward. There is a switch located under the seat that must be accessed using the ignition key, so make sure not to miss that step during initial setup. Aside from mounting the storage box, the scooter is essentially ready to use right out of the box. The only issue I encountered was during installation of the storage box. The threaded posts were backing out because the top nuts had been overtightened from the factory. To fix the problem, I replaced two of the posts with metric 6mm x 30mm bolts, and after that everything mounted securely. Overall, we’re very happy with the scooter and have been enjoying the comfort, performance, and convenience it offers.

Absolutely wonderful product. Got this for hubby and it came completely assembled and is perfect for hubby. He loves it. It rides nice and has many features. Only complaint is it didn't come with instructions. We contacted the seller and sent a PDF copy of the instructions. Great customer service. The back roll over wheels that keep the scouter from tipping over backwards were broken when it arrived but after contacting the seller they sent replacements right away. Great company to work with.

Very nice for the price. If you are disabled you are going to need help uncrating. Did not come with a manual. But you may not need one. I have not driven it yet. I will be charging the battery overnight and probably test drive it tomorrow. It arrived a week early. There were holes punched in the side of the box from a fork lift. However it was not damaged. It comes fully assembled and packed in a metal frame with a cardboard box around it. You will have to disassemble the metal frame. I will update this review once I get it off of the shipping frame and test drive it UPDATE - On the subject of the Owners Manual, I requested, from the seller (SKRT), a copy of the Owners Manual. They sent an electronic copy within just a few hours. I have also gotten to use the scooter and I love it. One can save a couple of thousand dollars ordering a scooter from SKRT (Amazon). However be advised it is somewhat of a gamble. If it has to be returned, for whatever reason, the buyer will/may have to pay for return shipping and maybe a restocking fee. This cost could be substantial. Never-the-less, I do love the scooter. Well built, good looking, and a great price.

Well build faster than I thought a little difficult to Dr at high speed but I am not used to it yet.Did not come with manual took a while before I realized the switch in the trunk had to be switched on in order to charge it overall I am completely satisfied with this product I am going to be able to go fishing again and with the trunk space I can put cold drinks in the main trunk and tackle on back seat trunk and got back my freedom and my love of fishing. Plus my wife Is very happy to get away from her so she has some peace. Thank u Jesus

Does not come with directions, but you need to insert key in the back of the trunk, turn the key and lift the seat and power the scooter on. I ordered for a friend. It was difficult to figure out with no directions and especially for a senior to figure it out.
