    • A great tent at a good price
Overall, this is a great tent that met our expectations: spacious, easy to set up, sturdy and a good price. The tent came packaged in its wheeled storage bag. The assembly/setup instructions were clear and useful in setting up the tent - except there were no instructions for turning the LED lighting on/off. You definitely need at least two people to expand the tent frame. We used the tent on a patio for a family party, so we couldn't use the stakes and support ropes. However, the sand bags worked just fine to keep the tent in place. We used small marble chips rather than sand, but regardless you will need the purchase the sand or stone in advance if you are going to use the sand bags. Overall the tent was quite stable and sturdy. During our use we didn't experience any inclement weather so I can not comment on the water resistance or its stability in gusting wind. The disassembly was essentially the setup process in reverse, and everything fit back in the storage bag without difficulty. One negative thing to report is that the storage bag came with a small 3+" rip/cut on one side. I'm not sure how it happened but it would appear to have been prior to packaging and shipping rather than during shipping. ... show more

It was easy to set up, nice to look at. And then came the rain during the night. The rainwater pooled and the weight of it broke the cross beams. Goodbye canopy. I really liked the canopy, so will order another one and jerry rig the inside to prevent the rain water from pooling. Well, we ordered a second one. Set it up, and .ow and behold, no rain. But......after two days we discovered that the canopy does not like a breezyor windy day any better. Within one hour of 10 mph winds the aluminum frame collapsed i to itself and again, goodbye canopy. As nice as the canopy looks, and as nice as the features are, it needs to be either better constructed or the tie down spikes need to be a lot longer. My recommendation for anyone purchasing this canopy would be 30 inch earth spikes available at Home Depot or Lowe's. ... show more

Yes, was, until the rain came. The first heavy rain that popped up on us caused pooling in the roof which broke the crossbeams. Rain does not just run off the roof of this tent, it pools up until it becomes too heavy for the frame. I don’t think I will be purchasing another since I wanted something that could stay up and not have to be taken down every time it rains. ... show more

My first try was not that good as the product broke in the wind. However, customer service was amazing and sent me a brand new one. I bought extra weights to go on the legs and that has helped tremendously. It now stays put in the wind. I use all sandbags provided and I have 6 weights as well to hold it down. It’s very cute and we hope to decorate it some more for a hang out. Thank you! ... show more

    • A nice pop-up canopy with lots of extras!
This pop-up canopy is better than I expected. It was easy to set up with or without the screen sidewalls and the construction of its frame and shade are good. With the vented top and sand bags, it was able to handle the 10-15 mph onshore winds at the beach without problems. The stakes and guy lines weren't used, but would be handy on more solid ground. It has lights integrated in the frame that are a good intensity - useful when it's dark, but not too bright as to be irritating to others. The solar charger and the frame's "charging station" were convenient backup power sources for our electronics. I would recommend charging the battery pack before your trip (it's quicker than the solar charging). ... show more

This either wasn't packaged very well and got damaged during shipping where I received a used item. It was already broken and when I tried to use the zipper the zipper broke off in my hand
