Here is a picture of what I use for my face which is both oily and dry. It has been hard finding the right face products for my skin. A lot of times it would clog my large pores, or I would have white heads along with dry/ red blotchy skin. Then I researched some of Paula’s Choice products. I picked out what I thought fit my type of skin. After some adjusting my skin has been the best it has ever been. I don’t have big blackheads, white heads, dry skin, or red blotches. And it feels great. In the morning I use the face wash, eye cream, and the daily hydrating fluid lotion. At night I use the face wash, the toner (make sure you let your face completely dry afterwards before moving on), I use 3 drops of the boost (let that dry), then I put on the night oil free moisturizer. Every Tuesday night I use the exfoliate instead of the toner. You let it dry completely. It takes about 15 minutes. I usually don’t put anything on after using the exfoliate because I am too tired to wait for it to dry. It works for me. Then about once a month or every two weeks on a Friday night, after using the toner, I use exfoliate rinse off treatment. Afterwards I finish with the boost and night moisturizer.

I have been using this moisturizer for years. It is light and non greasy, and it has spf. My skin is very oily and I didn’t use a moisturizer for years. When I got older I needed sunscreen for my face and decided to give this a try. Paulas Choice is the best. She has a product for every type of skin.

I have the 1-3 Paula's Choice face system and really like it. Feel like it's cleared up face quite a bit. The #4 daytime moisturizer with sunscreen is more questionable. I didn't use it at first and just started. It doesn't leave behind residue which is a plus but it's very watery and I don't think the SPF works well in it. Maybe I just need higher SPF.

I don't understand why some people are complaining about the shelf life of this moisturizer, or about the thin consistency. It's not meant to be slathered on like some other facial moisturizers, thus the super fine tip. You use half the size of a pea at a time. And just dab, dab, dab across the T-Zone with little dots, dab across the jawline. Dab, not slather. This little tube is STILL going strong for me and I bought it back in 2015, thought I lost it in a move and then re-united with it a few weeks ago. I like the consistency and how light it feels after applying it. Total bonus that it has SPF 30 sunscreen too! Aside from the occasional dry oil treatment, this is THE ONLY moisturizer I use. And I am NOT a moisturizer girl. I didn't use ANY moisturizer for the majority of my life and then I woke up in my late thirties and realized my skin isn't going to look 25 forever so I decided to give Paula's Choice a chance. Best light moisturizer with Sunscreen on the market. Yes it is thin, just don't put a crap-ton on at one time and you'll find a little bit goes a LONG way.

Love this product. It’s so lightweight and moisturizing. While there is a bit of a white cast when you first apply, this product absorbs super fast and has really protected my skin from the sun after using chemical exfoliants. I’m in search of a dupe, though, this is so expensive! Haven’t found anything that really compares yet.

Initially I was concerned about the texture (it’s more of a fluid than a lotion for sure), but this settles SO nicely into the skin. No weird scent, and am able to place it under makeup without it sliding or pilling. Also has improved the appearance of my skin texture and tone. Has absolutely earned a spot in the skincare starting lineup for me!

The cons: -expensive for such a small tube especially considering how much sunscreen you need to put on your face to be effective for UV protection -it stings my eyes so I have to avoid my eyelids- not something I want to do with sunscreen -it often pills on my face Pros: -the watery viscosity makes it really easy to put a lot of product on my face and massage it in easily asides from the pilling -it doesn’t leave a white cast on my face, however keep in mind I am white -cruelty free unlike a lot of other sunscreen brands -does not bother or break out my dry skin & cystic acne I will probably not buy another tube as I feel like there are cheaper options out there with comparable or better formulas. Also, make sure to point the tube down on your fingers as otherwise it might shoot out sunscreen all over your surroundings if it’s pointed upwards!
