When the machine arrived, the packaging was extremely well done and very secure. This was our first time using a Sunsure embroidery machine, so before installation we contacted the Sunsure team for guidance. They were very friendly and professional, and their installation instructions were very clear. We were able to set everything up quickly and easily. We then started testing the machine, and during embroidery, the machine was surprisingly quiet—much quieter than our previous embroidery machine, which was very noisy. What really amazed us was that the machine embroidered continuously for two hours without a single thread break. That was a huge surprise and a big relief for us! The free threads included were also excellent. The colors are vibrant and the threads are very strong—much better than the threads we used before. I honestly hope to buy their threads in the future because the quality is really impressive. This machine also has many features that my previous machine didn’t have, and I’m excited to explore them step by step. It’s a pity Amazon only allows 5-star ratings—if I could, I would give this machine 6 stars. I highly recommend Sunsure embroidery machines!
