This set arrived in 4 different boxes in 3 shipments. Estimated delivery was 1.5 weeks, but all 4 boxes arrived within 2 days! This is a really nice patio set, definitely feels like good quality, and it was relatively easy to build. It took me ~4 hours total to build all 6 pieces without any help. Instructions are clear and well written. Lift table was pretty much the only reason i picked this set as opposed to slightly cheaper options. It’s not a full size dining table but 6 people could easily fit for a meal. It looks super nice as a coffee table as well. The glass top is a dark shade and looks really nice. It doesn’t feel flimsy or wobbly at all. 2 drawbacks: -I wish the cushions were thicker (they looked thicker in the product pictures and videos to me). They’re ok comfort-wise. -the color looked a little lighter in the pictures/videos. This is not a bad color, just a little different. Overall good value for money compared to the other products out there that are in the same price range. The lift table itself makes this superior in my opinion.

This patio set has it all! We received two deliveries for this patio set with five boxes in total. The couch and table arrived a couple of days before the loveseat, chairs, and ottomans. The couch took the longest to build as it clearly has more pieces and I would estimate that it took, in total, about 4-5 hours to build everything. We had no issues with building it with the instructions and materials provided. The cushions are comfortable and not too stiff. The grey wicker is a beautiful shade and the cushions are like a denim blue, which match our grey Trex deck and blue house well. The biggest selling point for me was the multi-purpose table since it can go up to serve as a dining table and down to serve as a coffee table. We just finished putting it together last night and sat on each piece briefly, but it feels solid and supportive. Our young kids love it and are excited to have friends over to play Uno on the table outside.

This set came in multiple boxes, with the table lagging several days. It was meticulously packaged- very impressive. I am a really handy person but this truly is a two-man job- the alignments can be off so do yourself a favor and follow the 'do not tighten fully' rule on any page that shows that diagram and grab a buddy. Start with the smaller chairs and work your way up: It will make more sense that way. One of the sofa screws is not latching so I have a message into the seller for a new one. The cusions are really nice- definatley a denim blue shade. Most of all, it's really comfortable The table is a litte on the smaller side but does hold table settings for four comfortably, six may be a stretch but possible. Made my deck an oasis!

Very good customer service; we had small issue with incorrect cushions but our complain was resolved without any problem. I highly recommend this set for a small size (16x16 ft) deck

I figured the negative comments about the cushion thickness were from heavier people but I'm 152 pounds and these cushions are pretty bad. We're really disappointed because this was the first time we've ever bought outdoor furniture and I spent like 20 hours doing lots of research... Only to end up with these. I'm not sure if we have to add additional padding into the cushions or have someone custom make us some new ones... Either way, it's really disappointing 😕 Everything is also much smaller than we anticipated. I feel like the gray colors in the sample photos are photoshopped. Our main reason for buying this set is because it was more of a gray gray than a brown gray. I assembled these in my garage and as soon as I brought them out back, you can clearly see that it's brown gray. The corners of the couch sides are scratched up and somebody from the warehouse thought it was a good idea to try to cover it up with a sharpie... Which rubbed right off, now I have white corners where the color scratched off the rattan plastic. I'm probably going to start disassembling these and initiate my return soon.

The media could not be loaded. After scouring through multiple reviews, I chose the Sunsitt set with lift table. Communication with the company was excellent. The set arrived via FEDEX as scheduled. Upon putting the set together there was a minor imperfection with the table. I sent photos and contacted the company who immediately sent a replacement. We are very pleased with the set and the level of professionalism shown by the company especially Ashely who personally addressed our concerns. Pros : The table is a game changer! Love the ease of transforming it from coffee table to dining table, chair cushions much thicker than many other sets we looked at, cushion covers removable for easy cleaning. Cons: I didn’t find this set sooner! Thank you Ashely and Sunsitt Company for making a quality product and standing behind it offering white glove customer service. I already have friends putting their orders in after seeing it in person.

I was excited to see that the table could adjust from a dining table to a coffee table. However, the pedals to adjust the table are cheaply made and don’t work well at all. Going to try to see what can be done to remedy that. The rest of the set is great, well made, and very attractive. Update: Great customer service! Christine had me go through steps, even send a video, of how I was adjusting the table. It was agreed that one of the sides was faulty. They are sending me a new one! Very happy with the furniture.
