This bed frame was a great value for the price. It's well built and seems sturdy. Assembly instructions were a little short on detail, but the assembly is not difficult at all. I put it together myself in about 90 minutes, working at a very comfortable pace. I've only slept on it for two nights so far, but it has helped reduce my snoring considerably and I've slept soundly both nights. The FLEXPEDIC 12 Inch Hybrid King Size Mattress I purchased from Amazon about 18 months ago fit perfectly and works very well with this frame. Bed frame is quiet and performs as advertised. My frame was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. The only problem was that the head motor/accuator was defective and did not work. After some back and forth with the supplier they shipped me a new one, but it took almost three weeks. My suggestion is immediately after unpacking the frame check to make sure both motors work before completing the assembly. ... show more

Do not buy this!!!!!!! It is cheaply made when comparable to reputable companies. Couldn’t screw in one of the screws due to a huge piece of metal inside the area to try to screw into. The covering keeps coming off if you use the actual adjustable base at all. Not worth the effort, or time. Improvised as I moved to a new town to start a job and do not have time to deal with this. Lets begin with a very well constructed bed. Smartly engineered and very easy to put together. It shipped in one box. I comes with a nice solid remote and not a cheap lightweight one. It is so quiet when operating you can barely hear it. It moves very smoothly as well. I like the solid slats and the cover that help keep the mattress in place. I bought this to replace an adjustable hospital bed my insurance was renting, it was uncomfortable and very noisy also. I was able to use the 36" x 80" foam mattress that I bought for the hospital bed on this new frame. I did raise the bed with some 5" bed blocks to get it to a more comfortable height for me. My mother actually lost the remote control when we were moving her so I reached out to the company to see if they had a replacement remote that I could purchase they were quick with their response and went out of their way to help me.     • Outstanding customer service — wow!!

If I could give this company ten stars for customer service, I would! But first, the bed frame itself: it’s sturdy, comfortable, and a great value for the price. But the customer service is absolutely amazing. I bought this bed for my adult son, who is disabled and autistic, and just moved into his first apartment. After a handyman put together the bed and left, my son could not find the remote. He didn’t know if it wasn’t sent with the bed, or if the handyman accidentally threw it out. But without the remote, he could not use the bed. I contacted customer service, explained my son’s situation and asked them for a replacement remote. They asked me to be patient and kept me updated on progress. Then, to my surprise, an entire replacement bed was sent! You see, each remote is paired with each individual bed, thus a replacement remote won’t work since there’s no way to pair it. This was very unexpected and beyond any expectation I could ever have. Talk about customer service and building goodwill! This was an unusual situation to be sure, but my son has a very low income and this helped him so much. I greatly appreciate this and he does too. You better believe I HIGHLY recommend this product, and the next time I need an adjustable bed frame this is definitely where I’ll buy it! ... show more
