Do not think this is a quality piece of furniture. It is not. Out of the box there was splintered wood and deep scratches in the finish. Unfortunately the site would not let me upload photos of the damage. The seats are barely sculpted and the backs are quite vertical. I was able to repair any damage but why should I have to? That being said, they were easy to assemble and all the pieces and hardware were there. They are heavy and seem relatively sturdy. Time will tell how the finish holds up. The product description mentioned floor protectors but none were included. The leg ends are 1.5 inch wood. I would not buy them again. The jury is still out on keeping them. ... show more
