I love this metal pointer I have both the one and the two. I’m not crazy about their other one but I kept it and not this one, even if you don’t look at the instructions this one is so simple to use, mine vibrates in different levels the closer i get to metal making it so easy to find my target, it will find any kind of metal so far except titanium. You could use it to detect metal in walls even. The buttons are simple and marked well. You can’t beat this on this price point level it feels very strong not like the cheaper plastic ones. I like mine better then some of the higher dollar ones that are thinner then this one. It’s very simple to use and helps find anything metal object that you can’t find. The value for the money paid is well worth it, I would expect to pay more to have this much functionality within one metal pointer. I find myself using it to find a dropped screw in the grass. It’s so easy to use. Easy to charge and so far the charge hasn’t let me done.

Works great in fresh water but it does not work at the beach in salt water. As soon as i5 gets close to salt water it starts beeping. Other than that it works great. We were really hoping to use it the beach though.

It really helps to narrow your search area. I'm a beginner and tried a few times without it and am now very happy with my purchase. It seems to be well built and able to survive some rough treatment.

I love the rechargeable aspect of this and it seems to have a fairly decent sensitivity. I haven't tested it in weather or rough conditions, so I can't attest to that. Good for the price

The media could not be loaded. Just received this metal detector wand and wow, it works well. I decided to pick this tool up just for giggles and I can say it's a great way to entertain yourself. You can see by the video that the detector picked up through a shirt and jeans. My son placed a pocketknife and an all-in-one tool and after scanning both sides of his jeans, the tool screeched because it detected the items in my son's pockets. It is extremely easy to use and in my opinion very accurate. My husband also ran it up against the wall and it found the nail or screw in the hallway wall. Not sure about the life of the battery yet since I just opened it up, but it was ready to be used once I pulled it out of the box.
