We have this on a standard-sized door for one of my kid's rooms. She doesn't want pets in there since they can't resist her collections of small items and art projects, but she needs heat from our woodstove on the coldest nights. This temporary screen door is wonderful for this. The kitten has climbed it several times, and it hasn't torn or come down. The dog isn't interested, fortunately. I don't think it would hold up to most dogs. I carefully cleaned the surface when putting it up (with soap and then isopropyl alchohol) and there haven't been any issues with adhesion. The velcro works well. The zippers are just average though. Hopefully, she'll continue to be careful with them and they should be alright. I installed it with a bit of tension to make them easier to operate. I love that the screen can be removed easily and reinstalled quickly as well. We'll probably only use it during January and February each year. We installed it so that the bottom flares out a few inches. It seems to help prevent pets from getting under it. It comes with some sturdy thumb tacks to provide extra holding power. So far, we haven't needed to use them. It also comes with two rolls of the stiffer velcro (what you put on the door frame since the screen has the soft velcro) in case you need to redo a side or two. I also really like the little tools for pushing down the velcro to get it to adhere. We use velcro elsewhere and I'll keep these for other projects.

I have an interior doorway that sometimes I need my 4 cats from going through, as one of the rooms is where the front door is located. Though I do have a screen/storm door, there are times when I just need them away from the door when it is opened for longer moments of time. The Sunolga screen door looked like a great answer to this problem. My partner and I were able to get it put up in about 20 minutes and it seemed pretty sturdy. We did not try undoing the zipper for most of a day, as we were watching to see how the cats reacted and how they may try to get through it. At first it was not a problem, but once we walked around the house through another door and then were spotted on the other side, our most curious of the cats was determined to get to us. The screen held pretty well since we tried to adhere it to the door frame as taunt as possible along the bottom sides, since of course the bottom is not secured to the floor. It took her about 15 minutes to locate the breach and work her 13-pounds under the screen. A 10-pounder made her way through as well, helping to create small tears on the bottom sides. We kept it up to test out the zipper and found that it did work pretty well. Another reviewer noted that you should be very cautious walking through the opening, especially when carrying large items. I definitely agree with this advice. My final thought about this screen is that it does seem like a great idea to help let in a breeze and to keep out bugs, but if you have curious and clever pets, this may not be the best answer to keep them contained.

I'm going to start by saying it's very possible I just installed this poorly, and that's why I had issues. However, the installation directions are VERY lacking in detail, so you're kind of fumbling in the dark from the start. Rather than risk tearing up the paint, I just used the included tacks to secure the net around the door frame. I got this because my adult cats HATE the kitten I brought home, even though I've tried to patiently explain that she was running around on the side of the road and needed a home. So I figured if they could smell and see but not reach each other, maybe they can start to overcome their differences. Well. I got the screen set up, put the kitten in one room, and she immediately army crawled on out from under the net. There was no way to secure the net any more taut to the wall, so I gave up rather than risk a trip to the emergency vet. Maybe if you're better at operating this product you'd have more success

This is easy, but a little time consuming to mount properly. The adhesive is very good, but my cats have torn through screen windows to get outside, so I decided to add tacks. The package conveniently has some of them included. I used all of them, going across the base and halfway up on each side. Now mine has been up for a couple of months. My cats have tried to get through it, but admittedly without the determination they might have if it led outside instead of just into another room. Even with their daily attempts not the slightest bit of adhesive has separated. Don’t plan on moving this from one spot to another, that won’t work well. Once up, it’s there to stay or throw away, basically. It can be a pain to step through, especially with pets trying to hurtle through at the same time. Getting things from one side to the other is even worse, and large pieces are out. If you have to move furniture, do it before installing this. Despite all that, this has been a godsend for me. It is stronger and more durable than I ever thought it would be. I highly recommend this, but measure carefully before ordering. And I strongly suggest taking the difficulty of getting from one side to the other seriously. 5 stars!

The "Sunolga 34x83 Inch Pet Screen Door" fits my bathroom door well. It seems to be well made and easy to install. I hope it will keep pets out. I do not know how long it will last since I just installed it.

This Sungola 38”x81” pet screen door is great to allow airflow in, but keep the cats out of that room. We have a whole house widow fan installed in one of the upstairs rooms. In order for the whole house fan to work, the other windows in the house must be open to allow the airflow. We use the whole house in the summer evenings to pull cool air in from the outside and exhaust the hot air out through the other windows. After running for a couple of hours the fan shuts off. In the morning we shut the windows and blinds to help the house stay cooler. The whole house fan works great and we hardly have to turn on the air conditioner, so it saves a lot of electricity. But the cats are nosy and want to go everywhere in their house. We do have some rooms that we keep off limits to them so this Sungola pet screen is the perfect solution!
