From delivery to assembly... arrival early, assembly took about an hour, all parts present and fitment was dead on. This is by far THE BEST swing we've purchased over the last 30 years, I would not purchase the mainstream swings sold at big box stores again! This will cost more than most swings.... but is a GREAT investment, do yourself a favor don't pass up buying this swing!

I purchased this as a replacement for a similar swing that finally succumbed to the sun, wind and salt air here on the Florida Gulf coast after 6 years. The main frame and general design of the new one is identical to the other I had but there are some disappointing differences. The seat frame is sturdy enough but the vinyl webbing is pretty thin and I believe it will not hold up well in the long run. I expected the canopy and seat cushion material to be something similar to Sunbrella but it is no where close to that quality. The canopy frame is also a down grade as it only has support frames on each end and no support along the front and rear sides. Also there are no cams or gears to lock the canopy from tilting and twisting in the wind. I had the canopy knobs as tight has I could get them by hand and the first 20 mph wind gust twisted it back like a sail. This swing is very attractive and comfortable use. The folding drink tables are a plus. If I were looking for a nice swing to be set up in a less harsh environment I would purchase it again. However after watching the other swing I had self destruct over 6 years I'm not confident this one will last that long.

First it arrived in a beat up box and the screw package was destroyed so we have to figure out what was what. The instructions were useless. It is 2 pieces of paper without text. Just hard to read pictures. Many if the assembly items did not have markings making it extremely hard to get it right. Next we have to go to home depot to get missing screws 8 of them. Took about 5 hours to put together with two people. In addition the fitment is terrible. There are gaps where there should be none. The lacquer is scratched in many places and if it wasn’t for the fact it is SO heavy and difficult to return we would have returned it. All I can do is to STRONGLY recommend against this product especially considering how expensive it is.

Love this heavy duty swing! It is so comfortable. I’m five foot ten and can lean back and swing without using the cushions, but I do use the cushions when I lay out on it sideways. It is so well balanced that a small push keeps you swinging while you read, browse the internet, or just relax. Getting the right hardware was a little tough, but customer service made sure to make it right.

I love the swing, but it was a little difficult to put together. The holes for the screws didn’t line up well. Our swing is missing one of the brown plastic sleeves for the end of the swing bars. I tried to contact the seller, but can’t find a link in my purchase other than to return it, which I don’t want to do, since it is put together. I’m hoping you can just send out the plastic piece?
