We leave our canopy out year-round. We had to get a new top due to the last one being damaged by hail. This top hasn't lasted 8 months before getting holes and dry-rotting (see photos). I will say that it does a good job of blocking the heat while you're under it, but it needs to last longer than it has. ... show more

I had a frame with no canopy, so i opened the frame all the way and measured it corner to corner and it came up just under 12 feet , so i ordered this one and put it on and it fit perfect, nice canopy, and i like the color i picked was gray
