I rarely write reviews, but, this machine is amazing. I have owned a contracting company for 30+ years and in that time we have always hand painted everything, but not anymore! All I can say is "simply amazing". My company is coming down the Home stretch of building a 4000 sq.ft. single family house. We had 1400' of trim and 24, 6 panel doors to paint. With a brush it would have taken 2 of my guys about 3-4 days to paint all of that trim, doors, and door frames. Well, we opened this machine this morning and by the end of the day we had painted all the trim, all the doors, and all the frames. I researched many different paint spray machines and settled on this particular one because of the extra power, the upgraded gun, and the ease of changing the pump, as well as the ease of priming the machine and cleaning it. I have a few suggestions to who ever is considering one of these. 1st off, do yourself a favor and by the "RacX guard" (blue one). The RacX is the key to getting thick latex paint to atomize. If you want a beautiful result I suggest the "RacX Fine Finish Tips" they lay your paint very flat and give your trim, doors, cabinets etc. that factory finish. The 6" extension is extremely handy for the trim and doors I just did. Look on YouTube for the "Idaho Painters" videos. Can't say enough good things about this machine. You will not regret your purchase. Can't say anything about durability yet, but I will update as time goes by. Good luck Anthony

Love this tool, saves a ton of time!

As a handyman, I have used this sprayer on two long jobs and sprayed about 100 gallons through it. I am impressed with the power and tip options. The unit is easy to clean, but you need to give it time to flush and also time to preserve the pump or you will have issues. I have followed the steps and get a nice spray everytime. Its been very dependable so far. I recommend purchasing the extra lengths of hose up front, because moving it every 50 feet can be bothersome without the cart. I always use 100 foot of hose and I have no issues spraying primer or top of the line paint. As a bad thing, my own fault of course, I have dumped two suction screens down the drain by accident when washing the gun and suction parts. So buy a few extas now, you wont regret it. Make sure you investigate the tips, as there are several models for fine finish in the RAC20 tips you will want to use. Oh, and when using supreme quality paints, use some Flowtrol addative to help the one coat paints spray better.

Great entry to mid level sprayer

We put this sprayer through the ringer, spraying outdoors in almost freezing weather, dragged it around on the muddy jobsite multiple times and it holds up. This is a great general purpose sprayer and I would recommend to anyone looking for a budget buy. Sprayer is easy enough to clean if you are semi experienced. We were able to store it full of paint for 13 hours after spraying and it still cleaned up. Make sure you know what tip and orifice size you need for the job, do a little research before you begin. If you maintain this little unit it will hold up to moderate use and abuse.

You Will be Painting in No Time

I have a Wagner Paint Sprayer with a tray that you fill and refill, it has a 25' hose. I was not happy the first time that I used it. Once full it was hard to move, cleanup was difficult without making a large mess. My new Graco Sprayer is a pleasure to use. With the 50' hose I didn't have to move the unit to spray a gate in the garage and to paint the fencing outside. The sprayer was easy to set up, prime the pump and paint and I am not even very good at reading directions. The cleanup was best of all, with a garden hose and a 5 gallon bucket it was a breeze. I didn't have to spend any more time cleaning spilled paint in the garage. With a little more practice I expect my appreciation for the Graco Magnum ProS17 sprayer to grow.

Paint like a PRO!

I painted my 2-story 3500 sqft stucco house and I did it as a crew of 1! I got bids from several companies from $5,500 - $9,000. There was quite a bit of prep-work, but it turns out I more time than money during the Covid-Summer so I decided to do it myself. I did it for less than $1500 including the cost of the sprayer. I got quality Glidden paint from Home Depot, and doing it yourself you know exactly what goes on the wall. i also got this great sprayer. it worked like a champ. I even sprayed a buddies house - he did his own prep cause that's no fun. The sprayer comes 50' hose which is essential for 2-stories. It's easy to clean, easy to operate, and has easy to follow instruction/quick start guide. Great product.

This spraying turns anyone who is "moderately" detailed into a SUPER PAINTER! Simply follow the directions, watch a few "how to" videos. Practice a little with water, then get your job done. My wife and I completely painted the exterior of our 5000+ sq. ft. home in two days. That included covering windows, masking off everything etc. We were blown away by how easy and detailed this sprayer was. Worth every penny we spent on it.

I used this to prime and paint indoor walls in 1400 sqft single story house and all the doors and kitchen cabinets. It uses lots of paint and wastes little bit whenever you need to switch between paints. But of a hassle setting up and cleaning up.
