For those who don’t like to read long detailed reviews here is the abridged version: 1. Arrived quickly and in good shape 2. Blanket very soft and nice weight 3. Set up took less than 10 minutes. 4. Heats fast, settings 1-8 5. Timer 1-8 hours 6. Independent control for each side of bed 7. Came in zippered plastic bag, great for storage The story of my new electric blanket I did not expect this blanket to be so snuggly soft. I fell in love before I ever turned on the heating element. As for heating, get ready because this blanket is fast to warm up. I hated waiting for electric blankets to heat up on a cold night. So far a setting of 1 has been perfect for here in California. A great feature is the timer. You can set the blanket to heat from 1 - 8 hours. At the same time you can adjust the heat from settings of 1 - 8. Also there is no fluctuating in the amount the blanket heats, if you set to 2 it will stay on that setting. The timer works very well. I will have the heat timer set for 2 hours and the bed stays warm all night. This tells me The blanket itself is a very good insulator. The weight of the blanket is just right. Without any other covers on top I still felt comfortable. Once I added my lightweight comforter I still did not feel weighted down. I’m not one who likes a heavy blankets holding me down so I find the weight just right. Now for the other stuff. The package arrived quickly and in good shape. I was impressed with how well the blanket came folded, in a heavy plastic bag, with a zipper, that I will use for storage. Set up was very quick and easy maybe 10 minutes at the most. My recommendation this is a great electric blanket at a very good price.

We drove from Savannah to Alaska in an old van without heat. This blanket kept us warm in 5° F weather. It was so soft and comfortable. The size was perfect. Quality was good. The only problem we had was the heat stripes are only in the middle, but that may be how all heated blankets are. It was easy to wash as well.

So Warm and Comfortable – I Love It! This heated blanket has been one of the best purchases I've made! It’s super soft, heats up quickly, and keeps me warm all night. The queen size fits perfectly on my bed, and I love that it has dual controls so each side can be adjusted separately. It’s great for those chilly nights and makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning because it's so cozy. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for warmth and comfort!

I don't like giving one star reviews. But when a product completely stops working within a month and a half of purchase, for no reason, it leaves me little choice. When I used this heated blanket for the first time, I noticed right away that even on it's highest setting, that it did not get as warm as my previous heated blanket did. It took some time to get used to, but I didn't fault it or consider it a big deal since it was a completely different product. After a couple days usage, I noticed that the heating was very very uneven. Some places would be super warm, while others didn't heat at all. The percentage of the blanket that actually felt heated at any given time was random between uses. Only once or twice did the entire blanket feel warm. Still, I continued to use it and tried to make the best of it. Well, yesterday, I noticed that it no longer produced any heat at all. I did the troubleshooting, unplugging and replugging, giving it a break, etc. No matter what I have tried since then, the blanket continues to not work. There is zero heat, not even a small amount. I read about this in the reviews, but since the majority of reviews/ratings were positive, I didn't pay it much mind. I regret that now. I am very very disappointed and wish that I had returned it when I first noticed that the heat distribution was uneven. I missed the return window by one week, which is incredibly frustrating. For this price I expected to have a working product for a much longer time.

Just got this but i ordered one because a friend got one for her father and it is GORGEOUS! I am in Florida and it's hot out now but i plugged it in to make sure it heated up then repackaged and storing in closet for winter I figured this would run off of my power station and keep me warm in case for some strange reason we have to go without power. Since i help her with her dad i will be able to track how well his works so will update review in a month or so.

The blanket is very soft and warm. It heats well and does its job. However, compared to other electric blankets we have, it’s very “wirey,” meaning you can feel the heat cords through the blanket. I would give it more stars if it weren’t for that. It also has 2 remotes and both need to be on for the whole blanket to heat. If sharing a bed with someone else, I can see that being a good feature so each person can control their own heat. Just be prepared so you have enough outlet space since each remote has to be plugged in.
