I was skeptical about buying a bed in a box off Amazon, but it is incredible. A good mixture of soft and firm, and so far it hasn't been too hot like I've read foam mattresses can get. It's heavy though, and the box was basically disintegrating when it got to me so it was a PITA to get inside the house. Definitely make sure to have it in place when removing the plastic because it unrolls fast. My last bed was a standard Serta with springs, but I think I'll be sticking to these hybrids from now on. My only concern is longevity, but my last Serta lasted well over 10/15 years. I've noticed I do sink in slightly, but it hasn't left an imprint yet, after about 5/6ish months. Still feels firm if I'm on my back, but conforms if I'm on my side, so it's great if you move around in your sleep. ... show more

Got a California King for $546.00! I’ve tried most bed in the boxes and always am so sore. This one is very comfortable, but I do wake up after about 3-5 hours with sore hips. The edges collapse all the way around which is a bummer, but this is the most comfortable bed I’ve had in awhile. It’s not firm, usually I need firm or I get back pain, it’s soft, but supportive (minus the hips). If it wasn’t such a good deal, I might return. ... show more

I have psoriatic arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. My joints always hurt terribly due to the arthritis and I used to toss and turn all night because of it. This mattress has allowed me to sleep all night long without waking up in pain. Even when I wake up in the morning my pain level is cut in half from what it used to be. It really feels like you are sleeping on a cloud that conforms to your body perfectly. The pressure that used to be placed on my joints while sleeping is no longer there. Set up was easy but it is super heavy. You definitely need 2 people to move it into the bedroom and get it up onto the bed frame. I use a platform bed and I cannot feel the slats underneath. We purchased this mattress for our camper. It is perfect if you are a side sleeper. I am mostly on my side, some on my back and stomach. Toss and turn kinda gal. It was great. Great night sleep. My shoulder didn't hurt from side sleeping! :)

I was surprised how easy it was to get this mattress! It arrived in a larger than normal box, but not too big. It fit fine through our front door and up our stairs. We opened the box to a vacuum seal type bag, and with a letter opener provided we cut the plastic. The letter opener makes it easy to open, but I'd still recommend going slow because the mattress expands fast and can easily be nicked and ripped with the blade. It came in on the day is was suppose to. It is heavy so you might want to ask for help when moving it. It was easy to set up and even came with a cutting tool to get the wrapper off. It is very comfortable and I have gotten good sleep on it.
