    • So far everything works great, the computer, program mode for workout.
The directions are pretty clear except for assembly of stabilizers, and seat the screws are located on the product not in a package. Assembly took about 45 minutes to an hour, very simple. The seat and back are very soft and comfortable, and the seat adjusts great for my long legs. So far everything has performed flawlessly after a week, I will have to wait and see.     • Difficult to assemble
Pedal straps do not accommodate muy shoes. Seat slide difficult at first but now see ms to work. Slide lock very ve ry stiff at first but seems ok now. Console control instructions unclear or insufficient. Bike itself works very well.

    • Bluetooth comes on unexpectly
My only problem with it is the bluetooth speaker just comes on . I was wondering why the sound did not work with my I pad one day then noticed sound from the exercise room. Had to put the bike on a wall switch outlet.

It was easy to assemble by following the direction, just don't forget to put the tray on the front of the bike when putting in the front piece. I needed to take it apart again to be able to get the tray in. So far my wife loves her bike. Would recommend this bike to everyone.

    • Easy to assemble and sturdy but with many caveats
The bike arrived in a large box with minor external damage. Nothing was missing or broken inside the box. The assembly instructions were clear. You must pay attention to the orientation of the parts before the assembly because it is hard to undo some assembly steps (like the orientation of the stem holding the handlebar). The assembled bike feels sturdy. I found that the pedals are too small for my sneakers. I wear sneakers size 12 wide. I contacted the seller, who recommended that I purchase larger pedals on Amazon. The pedals they recommended (1/2" spindle) fit perfectly, but I would have expected such an expensive exercise bike to come with a pair of larger pedals. The pedals I bought cost $23.99. They must cost much less to manufacture in large quantities. Note that my old Schwinn exercise bike had large pedals. I removed one star because of the pedals issue. The other serious problem with the bike is the heart rate display. I found that the heart rate display will often race up to show an extremely rapid heart rate (about 180 beats per minute). This happens without any warning. The heart rate will suddenly start increasing by 1-2 beats per minute every second regardless of my actual heart rate. It will stop increasing once it reaches 170-180 beats per second. It will even keep increasing for a few seconds once I remove my hands from the handles. The heart rate display reverts to the correct reading once I remove my hands from the handles for about 30 seconds until the heart icon stops blinking on the console and the heart rate display changes to "P". Holding the handles again will show the correct heart rate for some time until it decides to race up again. This is frustrating. I removed another start for this issue. Another problem with the bike is insufficient instructions for using the console. I guessed most of the functions. However, I found the hard way that the "reset" button is to be avoided unless you want to clear everything you set in the console. The manual must explain the function of this button, which it does not. Lastly, the operation of the pedals was not smooth in the first few hours of use. It was fixed by itself.     • Sunny has poor customer service
My wife purchased the bike on Feb 14, 2022 as an anniversary gift, the bike was delivered on Feb 28th. It was easy to put together the only problem was the seat wouldn’t recline to adjust for height differences so I called Sunny customer service the next day to let them know my issue they advised I should oil the inside of seat and give it a few days because that has been a know issue, I did what they suggested but no luck. I called back a few days later and was given another suggestion to take the seat handle apart and reinstall it, that didn’t work. I called back again after sending Sunny a few emails asking them what I should do next and they never responded back to me via email so I called them again, at this point I’m not happy with there customer service but I wanted to keep the bike because it was a nice product. During the call I was put on a brief hold, they can back and advised me that I should work with Amazon to get a refund because it would be 6 to 8 months before they could send me another seat. I called Amazon and they were immediately responsive, I was sent another bike in a matter of days and now all is well thanks to Amazon, I don’t recommend buying anything from the Sunny company because if something doesn’t work correctly go luck getting help from them. ... show more
