I also love the fact that I got reduced cost Microsoft office with the deal. The only thing I can say so far in regard to the laptop is the low amount of USB and HDMI slots. I guess these things happen where you receive a laptop and it does not work. The first thing we noticed was that the USB ports did not work. We were able to make thru the initial setup and login but Windows prompted us to restart to install pending updates. Upon restart there was a black screen with a QR code. The laptop never booted up again despite repeated attempts. Luckily Amazon is great for handling returns and we ordered a similar laptop from another vendor that worked perfectly out of the box. ... show more
