This is such a cool little lamp. I love that you can choose the bulb brightness and color. It is controlled with a remote that will attach to the pole to keep it handy. It was easy to assemble, works great and the price was great too. The remote and light are paired. If you have any problems, customer service will respond quickly and assist in reprogramming or replacement. Replacement bulb/remote pairs are also available for purchase on Amazon. I love this lamp and recommend it.

This is my first lamp with a remote, which is both cool and...not. The lamp itself is very stylish. Easy to assemble, and I really enjoy having so many dimming and light warmth options - no matter how you like your light (warm/cool/dim/bright) you'll probably enjoy having this lamp. However, I really wish the lamp came with manual controls. Instead, you only have an on/off foot switch, but none of the other features. About 6 months into owning the lamp, the bulb and remote stopped working, though I could still turn the lamp on/off. None of the troubleshooting tips worked. Since they are paired, both parts have to be replaced (Sunmory, c'mon! This is so wasteful!). BUT: here's the upside. Sunmory's customer service is A++. Polite, helpful, responsive, and solution oriented. After walking me through some additional troubleshooting, they simply shipped me a replacement bulb and remote at no cost. Is this a long-term solution to a product flaw? No. But, it was a surprisingly pleasant interaction, and now I'll get to enjoy this lamp a little longer.

Overall, the lamp fits my needs and looks good. It was easy to assemble and reliable. After a year or so, the lightbulb burnt out. Thinking it was a simple fix, I replaced the bulb. After this, the remote would no longer work to turn the lamp on an off. I tried all the re-pairing tricks in vain. Apparently, each lightbulb is linked to a specific remote. I sent an email to customer service ( [email protected] ) and received a message the next day with a few follow-up questions. All I had to do was provide the order number and shipping address and had a new bulb and remote delivered within the week. After replacing batteries in the remote and replacing the bulb, it is now working perfectly. Shout out to Kylin with customer service for their quick and satisfactory response.
