I bought one of these during the kickstarter. It has proven great for keeping 4 rolls of filament ready to use in my K1 Max. and I'm able to print right from it. I've recently gotten a 2nd printer, so when I saw this go on sale for prime day, I went ahead & ordered this 2nd one. It does a good job of kee0ing the filament dry. I use the mode where it will monitor the interior humidity after the initial cyclem and turn back on when it starts to get humid again. This eventually turns off completely after a few days (not sure exactly how long it runs). It isn't airtight, so moisture does seep in eventually when it's off, but it takes some time. If I leave filament in it after it turns off, I just start it up again a few hours before I want to use the printer, and it seems to do well. I typically leave PLA & PETG in it, and haven't run into any issues (I don't leave TPU in it after it shuts off)

It worked fine for a couple months then randomly started giving me a s1 error. I looked it up and it's a thermistor error. I have been back and forth with customer service and their advice was the give it a good shake as there may be something stuck in it... Um. What's not how electronics work but I shook it and it did not solve the issue. I have been told someone from sales will be in contact and over two weeks go by with no response. It was a decent dryer when I got it and when it was working. I needed it for nylon but now it's not working. It's outside the Amazon return window and no one will help. I guess I'll have to figure out how to solder in a new thermistor on my own.

The printer dryer is great. I print from it. You can easily open the lid and rest it to vent it. I’m very happy with how it has cleaned up prints. Don’t sleep on this printer filament dryer. I did the research and tried a few others and this is my pick. I run it to a few printers with tpu even and through a dozen feet of tube without issue.

This dryer is AMAZING at keeping your filament dry, which is very important! It's so easy to use, temperature is perfect. There's hardly any noise, made of good sturdy material. It also looks awesome. This is a must have for 3D printing! Definitely worth purchasing!
