I bought this filament for a project based on someone saying it recreated that "vintage pc beige/grey color" They were only half correct. This is a very buttery cream white, more like a pastel yellow. More like the color of aged, yellowed plastics. In usage it's a very clean, strong filament and prints evenly with minimal stringing at certain temperatures. I prefer 205 - 210 for best results. It's sturdiness makes atomic pulls easier when you want to clean your hot end whereas some filaments snap off during the pull. Misinterpretations aside, this is a great filament and I've bought several different spools of SUNLU over the past several years and will continue to do so because they make not only a good product but a color-consistent filament.

Very inexpensive (3 pack), VERY strong, easy to print, good first layer, muted pastel colors that don't have too much dye and so don't mess up the strength, bends instead of breaking.. just wonderful. I think I just became a permanent customer. Great for my application of making robotics parts. The high fluidity really shows, it prints like butter, really. And super fast out of my .6mm nozzle. Achieving 35mm/s with my CHT nozzle, no problem

I needed black, red and green filament, and my go-to Hatchbox filament would have cost me $75 just for those 3 colors, so after reading the reviews for this 10pack of Sunlu filament, I decided to take a chance. I am not disappointed - I did not make any adjustments to my slicing or printer setup, and the Sunlu printed just as well as Hatchbox always has. I have only tested 3 of the 10 colors, but that's enough for me to say I am pleased with the purchase. The filament was well packaged and I did not dry it before test-printing several of my regular objects. the finished prints were stringing-free and adhered perfectly to my clean glass bed on my Ender 3 at 65 C. The zippered bags are nice - they are heavyweight material with a double ziploc-type zipper seal that are nicely reusable. The winding of the filament on the spools is very nicely neat, I do not expect any issues. I took off one star because the colors seem a little watered down - the red and black do not seem to have the same amount of pigment as with the Hatchbox, Sainsmart and other brands I am used to. You can see this when the first few layers are laid down - they are more translucent than the other brands I have been using. This is by no means a show-stopper - the finished prints have an acceptably rich color, suitable for general-purpose printing. I did not have any brown (tan, really) or yellow or teal filament, so those are new colors in my inventory, and the regular colors will do a decent job. Not exciting, but usable. Given the very nice packaging, well-ordered winding, and low price, I would recommend this 10-pack for anyone that wants to keep their general-purpose printing costs way down.

Starting off, I bought this filament because of it's affordable price tag, and almost no other reason. I was looking for ok filament for a great price, but what I got was far from that. First impressions where good, it shipped fast and came tightly sealed in a vacuum bag with an adequately sized discant packet unlike some other cheap filaments I've purchased. I first measured the diameter of the filament in about 20 different spots and found that it was within spec, also, unlike some other cheap filaments. I then began printing some test prints to test for moisture and found that it was good. Not only did the prints come out exactly how they should, they came out beautiful and bed adhesion was reliable and strong. At normal speeds this filament produces great results however at higher less reasonable speeds it still produces a "Usable print". Compared to some other filaments I've used this Sunlu PLA did very good at super high printing speeds. This is definitely high quality filament and a great value. The most pronounced benefit I can highlight about this filament vs some other cheap alternatives is that the bed adhesion is great. Many cheap filaments have terrible bed adhesion due to a variety of factors. Overall I'm pleased with this filament and could not find any major flaws in my spool.
