I have ordered 10 rolls + about 5 on amazon different colors. This stuff has not failed me yet. Prints easy , Sticks to the bed like mad. I don't really have any complaints besides one of my purple rolls , the filament was feeding bent but that was on one roll. Not sure if it was from shipping damage or not. I have to run around 230c , 70 first layer bed then have it drop to 65c. I am also drying them out before using them. Overall Great Filament. Love the Clip Con: I have noticed the price is starting to go up getting near the more premium brands. If its too close I will probably switch.

I've been resin printing for over a year but new to filament so still figuring it out. I'm really pleased with the quality so far. I already get their resin, and now I'll be getting their filament.

I have a few years of experience in 3D printing. I learned on an Ender 3 and now enjoy the quality and speed of BambuLab. This is my first purchase of SUNLU Filament. I have mostly used Inland PLA+ , E Sun, and Creality which have performed nicely. I have tried many generic amazon filaments that have printed ok for their lightning deal price and some that were amazing. SUNLU has impressed me with nice bed adhesion, and good print quality. Came vacuum sealed tightly and for the first time I found a very nice Filament Clip with the spool that was such a refreshingly nice touch! Granted I have printed hundreds of filament clips over the years but this is the first time I have had one come out in a new roll of filament. Some Times it is the small things that seperates the good company's from the great ones. I Appreciate not having to dig thru my tool drawer for that clip. SUNLU had one in the box of new filament when they sold it! Thank for a great product !

Filament printed beautifully and wood color was exactly what I wanted. The only thing preventing me from giving it 5 stars was the quality of the spools. First off the plastic is very thin (about half the thickness of my other brand spools) and would definitely shatter if dropped. Feels like I could break off the spool walls with two fingers. Lastly, the filament starting point sticks out of the inside of the hub (there is no recessed space between the hub and the spool walls) and creates snag or bump as the spool unwinds on the spool holder. I remedied this by snipping the end of the filament flush with the hub. Just hope it doesn't unwind itself when I get near the end. Would still by again despite the spool quality.

About half a roll used up at this point and for PLA I will continue to buy this in the future, it prints so much better than the other brands I have had. (Printed on Prusa mkII)

Bought these for my new bambo carbon, should have measured the rolls because these are way smaller and will not work in the AMS spool system and I was going to return, but I found out this printer also has a spot for any generic rolls, just they can't be used together. Thats fine, right now I am learning and am not doing multi colors so one roll at a time works for me. The quality seems just as good or better than bambu, so more bang for the buck. There are so many brands out there I don't want to get sucked down the hole of going from one brand to the next, don't think pla gets much better than these. Made a few other things like whistles and parts for my machine, turned out fine.

UPDATE 3/14/24 No issues came well packaged, prints nice. Tangled within a few minutes of opening. My fault I didnt put the clip on correctly. Filament had some moisture but I'm sure it was due to the moisture in the room. Overall still going strong. I ordered a 2nd reel because the first one had no issues.

I bought this for two reasons..the colors and the name. I was told Sunlu was a good brand. I'm new to 3D printing...and started off with a different brand that made flawless prints. Then I tried some silks that were amazing. I bought this package of 10 Sunlu colors and was excited to use them. I started with the yellow last night and it was nothing but problems. It does not like to print at their recommended heat setting. At their recommended heat setting the filament just drips out of my hot end on it's own. I was having problems with it not sticking, dripping out of the hot end, globbing, lifting, stringing and then the string catching on the hot end and pulling up whatever was stuck to the string. Then, when I preheated to 205, then lowered the temp to 200 and set the bed to 61 it worked better. There seems to be random adhesion problems with the first layer, but I noticed it didn't seem to affect the finished piece... I wasn't sure if I want to continue to try and work with this or just send it back.... but after tinkering with the heat settings, it's working. Just do some heat test prints or a temperature tower before jumping into your project to save yourself time and the headache... Update1/7/24 I'm done...I have wasted HOURS trying to print with the red. Yellow was OK after some hassle.. blue seems OK, I haven't used the others...but....the red has been nothing but a nightmare. It has broken off every single time..mid print. I've dried it, resealed it, used it in a heated room...anything to make it happy. I have an order to get out and my customer wanted it in red. I should have knocked this simple print out in no time, but the red has broken off every single time causing me to start over only for it to break again and again and again. HOURS of wasted time and filament. OK...I tried it one more time after drying it again for 10 plus hours in the oven, the red finally worked. Very frustrating...but the other colors gave me no real problems. When it works, it works.
