Installation on my Benjamin Marauder PCP pistol required an adaptor but worked fine. Problem was when I went to zero the poorly-printed doc didn’t match scope. Where you would expect windage adjustment was a knob labeled “Parallax.” Support responded quickly but with another scope’s online doc. They offered to send me a new scope, which had correct documentation & normal MOA gradations on windage adjustment. They seemed to have fixed the issue between production runs. Since my last review. Pinty Customer Service responded promptly and professionally. I was furnished with the scope specific operating manual/instructions. The manual/instructions were omitted from the cartoning by accident. I am very pleased with the Pinty Customer Service response. My scope is supposed to arrive tomorrow. And yes,,,,,I hate it when people write reviews such as just having taken it out've the box and no experience. I just want to point out the obvious, as I wait with gleeful anticipation to try. The same manufacturer in China makes this scope for many company labels. there is no difference to any of them as far as I would intelligently guess. I see that the reviews are going distinctly, one way or another, which simply points to quality control and how many are mass produced, between recalibrations, before the next big batch. So, you might get lucky and get a good one, or you might just get a lemon. The good news is Amazon's return policy. If they had more lemons than goodies....they would drop this product. Just beware and be informed....try it out right away...and rather than cry loudly at a bad one, simply demand a replacement, until you WIN. Seems like enormous potential here, for a ridiculously affordable price. Some risks are just simply worth it. ps...the stars I have given were simply necessary for me to submit this. None are true for me until they are true. I greatly look forward to my full review. Thank you for tolerating me. I am continuing now, having received the Pinty, and put 200 rounds through my Rossi RS22 (which is also, brand new). I have to agree with the most positive reviews that I've read, and I might even surpass them. Right out of the box, without even touching the elevation or windage, this scope was right on target at 50yds. Allow me to clarify, however. This new rifle, I'd put perhaps 400 rounds through (22LR only) and was trying to zero the open sights at 50yds as well. I got it adjusted pretty well, but in fact was struggling to see my target (a 1 1/2" bulleye) and decided to be happy with about a 4" grouping. The Pinty 2.5-10x was by contrast, a total revelation for me. Previous to the scope, I was at best, guessing and having no feedback from being able to see what was happening, until I either approached the target, or took out some 10x binoculars. I could not see the amount of movement that was ME moving, until I could see the target and all of my motions, clearly through the scope. I could see the effect of my heartbeat for example, finally. I could see myself moving all over the place. So, this helped me to settle in a relax and know what I was doing. But I remain amazed, that even after putting on a low profile adapter (went from dovetail to 22mm) and mounting the scope precisely as it came.....it could be this accurate. And I am JUST beginnning. Wow. Recommend? You bet I do. ... show more
