I swapped out an old SLA for this one. It's working perfectly. Actually it's better than the original. THE UPS draws less current and the unplugged run time is longer by 30 minutes. Not bad at all.

This replaced a sealed lead acid battery in a UPS for a computer with large 42" monitor. Physically it fit perfectly into the box. Some brands are taller than the original but this one fit as an exact replacement. Electrically I was pleased that it had no problem handling my desktop PC & display load. However, the BMS on this cuts off at 6A which limits it to somewhere over 150W but under 240W and unlike a sealed lead acid it can't provide higher surge capability so it will simply cut off if you exceed the wattage even momentarily. For that reason, these lithium batteries simply aren't a good replacement in general for a UPS. They will last longer, but they can't provide the same wattage.

Okay, so I swapped out my old, heavy battery for this lithium one and I'm pretty happy with it. It's a fraction of the weight of my old one, which is a huge plus. I've been using it to power my fish finder on the boat and it's been great. No more lugging around a giant, dead weight. I've also used it for camping to charge my phone and small electronics – it's been a lifesaver there too. The battery seems well-made and the built-in safety features are a nice touch. Plus, it's supposed to last way longer than those old lead-acid batteries, so that's a bonus. Overall, it's a good solid option if you need a reliable, lightweight battery.

This is my first experience with a lithium iron phospate battery, so I had to do some reading. This is (by my research) four cells at 3.2 volts to give 12.8 volts dc. On the good kitchen scale this battery weighs 1 3/4 pounds! It's about the size of a small motorcycle battery. The biggest concern I had was "How do I charge this thing?" I ordered the UltraPower 4 amp LiFePO4 charger from Amazon and connected it to top off the charge. Despite some CHARGER reviews mine ran cool and fine with my eagle eyes on it and on a metal surface. Ok, so let's connect the battery to something and see how long until it runs down. That something was a too bright to look at LED light for a vehicle. I've had the thing for years and it's powerful enough to be hot to touch. It ran for 7 hours, 40 minutes! Wow! If I do this again I'll try a small 110v inverter and something I know the watts required. From that reading I learned not to allow a LiFePO4 battery to get below 10 volts. This battery seems to have an effective protection circuit and stopped power before hurting itself. I also learned not to charge at more than 14.4 volts dc and NOT to use a battery maintainer, so using the mentioned charger it took 1 hour 45 minutes to go back to 12.8 volts! The charger didn't get as warm as the LED light, but for a larger battery I'd recommend a bigger charger. These batteries are small, light, surprisingly powerful, have 3X the lifetime and are good for the planet (unlike lithium and nickle) and can direct connect safely to a solar panel. I'm a new fan!

I requested this battery as I needed a new battery for my sons Power Wheels truck which is a 12V model. I did have to do some modifying to make it fit as it is much larger than a normal SLA battery but the weight savings and higher number of charge cycles was a selling factor for me as well as the fact it is Lithium. The only disadvantage is that we keeps our kids trucks on the front porch of our pool house in our backyard and I leave a Deltran Battery Tender Jr on them year round and this does not have cold protection so I find myself bring the battery in during the winter months. The plus is that my BTJ charger is capable for LiOn batteries as well as LSA so I did not need to replace the charger for this! The manual is really nice has a lot of useful information that you don't normally see from foreign manufacturers and boasts a nice warranty. I cannot speak on the warranty because I have only had this battery for a short time but it is eather going to be a long lasting battery with a warranty just in case or one of those warranties that gets old after having to replace multiple times... Time will tell on that.
