The gym was easy enough to put together if you follow the instructions. The instructions are well written and easy to follow. It took my wife and I a total of 5 ish hours to assemble and it is much easier to do with 2 people. One person could do it i suppose. Once assembled there are a wide variety of different exercises you can do. To be clear, this is not a professional gym quality but is a high quality home gym and I would purchase it again. I had one pulley that was missing a bushing so I contacted the company through the email listed in the directions. They quickly responded and sent out a new pulley within a few days.

BEST Experience with the Seller AND WORST Experience from Amazon. No words to describe extended support from EPOCH store. Loving the product, it takes effort and skill to install but final product is exactly as advertised for those who are looking to have GYM experience at home, highly recommend Amazon customer experience, worst !!!! Me being prime member for so many years, always under the assumption that Amazon customer support would be of assistance when you need help until I contacted for this product help. Amazon customer support folks took no effort to help and kept on repeating same statement over and over in a loop, when asked to transfer the call to the Amazon customer support supervisor, my experience turned from bad to worst. I am sharing this experience as I know there would be lot of people like me under the assumption that Amazon customer support would be there when you are in need of help. Lot of purchases that I do over Amazon was out of brand loyalty and this experience changes that to me going forward

Nice little gym. Not made for tall individuals. Wieght stack is way to light for leg press. Plastic end caps for barbell on Smith system is a joke,should be metal. It will get the job done but better options exist for roughly the same price point.

The product arrived early. The instructions had a few missing steps, but the image showed the proper installation and was quite easy to follow. Labels of tools and pieces were very detailed. I’m just waiting for the weights to arrive to be able to the bench press and squats, but overall the quality of the equipment is very sturdy.

Very disappointed in this gym machine. Paid $1,650 for the full set. 3 days in and the piece to switch it from chest press to shoulder press snaps. Built exactly from instructions just the pieces are very low quality and caused me a shoulder injury. And the cherry on top is the coating on the machine is chipping off with every workout and causing crumbs and a mess everywhere. Really dislike leaving a bad review but for $1,650 it is not worth it. Save your money and just get a gym membership

Excellent company. I would give a rating higher than 5 stars but it’s as high as I can go. I highly recommend this company if you want to get a home gym. Their products are great and their customer service is just as wonderful.

I still don’t know how to rate this machine. I ran into a problem while setting it up. I’m attaching a video to see if I can get any suggestions on what I stumbled on. My guess is that those parts are misaligned because I’ve gone through each step and everything up to this point in building it, has been done as instructed in the manual and the parts just don’t fit. Or maybe I did something wrong that it keeps on slippin’ although this machine looks like it’ll be a bit fun.

The video they provide with instructions make for n easy installation! Do I wish I could hire someone to install yes, but never the less they made it easy to track package and easier to install! Use the machine and it is phenomenal! Can’t wait to get results for my Italy trip!
