I purchased a 4 pack and a 6 pack of these LED panels. They are super lightweight and easy to install. They put out beautiful and even white light. However, four of the 6 came damaged during shipping. I contacted Sunco’s customer service to see what they could do. My email was answered in a very timely manner and the rep was courteous and professional. He offered to send replacement panels and shipped it the following business day. I purchased these to replace the 20+ year old fluorescent fixtures in my basement ceiling. The fluorescent bulbs seem to have gotten more expensive and shorter-lived in the last few years. 2 bulbs cost me $28 and only last for about a year. These LED panels cost $40 and last for 50k hours! They are very easy to swap-out and only took me about 20 minutes each after the initial one which took nearly an hour. By the third one, they were a breeze! I'm thrilled with the bright, even light and no glare! They are slightly warmer in color than I thought they would be, as I was expecting the typical harsh, bluish light that you usually associate with LED lights. They are easily twice as bright as the old fluorescent lights, and use literally HALF the electricity! I highly recommend them!!! ... show more

5 out of the 6 panels did not work. Also, a special dimmer is required for these lights. Lights were returned. They were lightweight compared to replacements I purchased and light quality from the one that worked was very good. I wish these had worked out.

The pics you.put onnproduct not showing what type of lighting it is and cause me a huge damage in time and money, not just you faid to send item on the date you mention u sent it two weeks later what cause me to cut the ceilings in oeder to fit them and back space wasnt mentioned, realy bad deceiption on item that picture should do rhe job and i dont have to look for the small letters. ... show more

Overall product is not bad. Overall function and design is good enough to recommend. This only bad thing is connect wire. The wire socket is located on the corner and the length of wire is only 5-6". So, it's impossible to located on the center with frame under drywall ceiling. you need to extend wire to located on the center where you want. Short wire is kind of stupid idea. ... show more

It took little bit to figure out the first one. One side with the knockouts is if you are using a dimmer ( purple/ gray wires) the opposite is for non dimmer. We had to extend some of the wiring because of the layout of this light. Unlike other lights i have installed it is only able to be wired at one corner. The over all light is very light, thin and bright. Slightly out of square and spent more time messing with ceiling tiles than installing the light itself. ... show more

Did not know these LEDs need a special switch and extra low voltage wiring for dimming. That information and a more detailed / clear understanding of wiring would improve these lights and future reviews. After my initial confusion on wiring, the lights are very good.
