The Chandelier packaging was very secure. All the pieces complete with extras arrived perfectly. I love that the bulbs were included. The installation went smoothly. I downloaded the video on YouTube, titled "Beirio Chandelier H01 (H01-G) Installation." I also sent a copy of the video to my Electrician. He had all the electrical & the frame of the Chandelier hung in less than an hour. I hung all the crystals myself. The YouTube video made it pretty easy. I had a little difficulty with hanging the long strands of the crystals, because there were obvious holes on the top shade to connect each strand too, but on the bottom shade there were loops all the way around the shade & you had to figure out how to space the the strands evenly around. I ended up using every 5th hoop to attach the bottom of the strands too. That part was time consuming, but after that hanging all the rest of the crystals was a breeze & fun to watch as your efforts became a masterpiece. Love my chandelier. I also had my Electrician change my regular light switch with a dimmer switch & its nice being able to change the look of my Chandelier with the dimmer. If you are looking for a Chandelier for your home this is the one to get. It's smaller size makes it very versatile for any location. ... show more

Love the way it looks. Looks Rich and eye catching. We have a dimmer switch so yes it has that capability. Did not like the poor assembley instructions but with a little effort you will figure it out. We thought that the crystals for the very top rim closest to the ceiling needed attachment hooks but if you take a needle nose pliers the hook is kind of built in to the 3 crystal string. Just open the loop up and you are good to go to hook in onto the rim. OF Course why would they NOT tell you that in instructions. All in All once you get the unti attached to the ceiling its easy from there. Would reccomend this item. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It took 2.5 hour to install it with the help of a professional. We decided to add a ceiling medallion to give it a finished look!

I personally think this light is gaudy. Not my taste, that golden looking sleeve over the wires is a bit much and the light is quite small for 300.00...
