The Chandelier packaging was very secure. All the pieces complete with extras arrived perfectly. I love that the bulbs were included. The installation went smoothly. I downloaded the video on YouTube, titled "Beirio Chandelier H01 (H01-G) Installation." I also sent a copy of the video to my Electrician. He had all the electrical & the frame of the Chandelier hung in less than an hour. I hung all the crystals myself. The YouTube video made it pretty easy. I had a little difficulty with hanging the long strands of the crystals, because there were obvious holes on the top shade to connect each strand too, but on the bottom shade there were loops all the way around the shade & you had to figure out how to space the the strands evenly around. I ended up using every 5th hoop to attach the bottom of the strands too. That part was time consuming, but after that hanging all the rest of the crystals was a breeze & fun to watch as your efforts became a masterpiece. Love my chandelier. I also had my Electrician change my regular light switch with a dimmer switch & its nice being able to change the look of my Chandelier with the dimmer. If you are looking for a Chandelier for your home this is the one to get. It's smaller size makes it very versatile for any location. ... show more

    • Recommended E12 bulbs do not work. Ended up returning the light fixture

I purchased this light and the recommended E12 bulbs. When I opened the box I was so pleased I had chosen this chandelier. The crystals were beautiful. Just before installing the light base I noticed the bulbs slots looked small compared to the E12 bulbs I had purchased. Of course after trying the bulbs they were too large for the chandelier. I contacted Amazon and asked if they knew the correct bulbs type. They offered to refund the bulbs and chandelier, but I wanted to keep the light and replace the bulbs. I asked Amazon to provide a link to the vendor so I could ask them for the correct bulb type. The vendor never responded. All the documentation references E12 bulbs on Amazon and the information that comes with the light. However, there are several types of E12 bulbs. I read a review from another sight that indicated using T6 bulbs would work. At this point, I decided to return the light. I waited for the Prime Day sale before purchasing a light. Now I have to find another light. Amazon needs to insist their vendors provide accurate information or include the appropriate bulbs with the light fixture. ... show more

I love a bougie chandelier. In our recent home renovation, I’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars on lighting, with one light waiting until the house was done… the entryway chandelier. Imagine my shock when I found this on Amazon and not only did it meet my expectations, it EXCEEDED them! It’s beautiful. It’s a show stopper. What more is there to say. Buy the bulbs ahead of time. Hire an electrician. It took 2 electricians to hang the fixture for me because I got the largest flush mount, and it’s HEAVY. But y’all… we’re in love. Seriously. The media could not be loaded. We loved this chandelier, this is beautiful but unfortunately we called someone today to put up , they brought our old chandelier down , but while putting this up together they said there are missing parts so we have to reschedule it again , such disappointment and harrasment. Now we have to send it back , so heavy it is but no other way ! I wish they could have provided missing parts separately, but no option for that as well . ... show more
