I purchased a 4 pack and a 6 pack of these LED panels. They are super lightweight and easy to install. They put out beautiful and even white light. However, four of the 6 came damaged during shipping. I contacted Sunco’s customer service to see what they could do. My email was answered in a very timely manner and the rep was courteous and professional. He offered to send replacement panels and shipped it the following business day. I truly believe that good customer service is a lost art, but Sunco has renewed my faith. I will definitely be purchasing more from this company when the need arises! Thank you, Sunco. ... show more

I like the product but some of the lights that were damaged. And it's almost impossible to get replaced. I have about 10 damage. I call customer service.They have a bad service, and literally, I have ten trash l e d lights. The other lights works perfect. It took little bit to figure out the first one. One side with the knockouts is if you are using a dimmer ( purple/ gray wires) the opposite is for non dimmer. We had to extend some of the wiring because of the layout of this light. Unlike other lights i have installed it is only able to be wired at one corner. The over all light is very light, thin and bright. Slightly out of square and spent more time messing with ceiling tiles than installing the light itself. ... show more
